The warrior change is dumb, the tier 2 set is garbage and they made the tier 1 is a 6 piece set for 5% damage. The 2 and 4 sets are just to set up the 6 piece bonus.
Many of the new tier 1/tier 2 set bonuses are like this in SoD, the rogue tier 1, two piece bonus is an absolute joke, only granting your feint ability (which you should *never* need to use/waste energy on in the first place), the “bonus” of also reducing AOE damage taken from PVE sources by 50% all of a mere 6 seconds (which again, if you’re playing your class right, shouldn’t ever need to use/burn energy on in a PVE context). If it applied to all AOE damage that would at least give it some limited utility in PvP, but alas, just a setup for the 4/6 piece bonuses (and this is the DPS variant we’re talking about here, not even the tanking set, where soaking some AOE damage might actually be a good idea, rather than a waste of healer’s mana) 🤷♂️
I think PTR isn't doing well for feedback people play PTR but give little to no insightful feedback other than oh this mechanic or this class feels buffed/nerfed Why can't people just discover it Why do we even need a PTR for phase 5 if we know the devs do not put enough obvious effort into limit testing? To give the guild full of sweats and bots the ability to fanboy over bis loot and then quit?
The stats on tier two was BUFFED. Since you lost crit(made up for with 16 agility) but instead gained hit. That's a huge overall gain. Yes, we did loose a bit of stamina, but no one cares about that overly much. We lost 1% crit, but gained 0.8% crit from Agility, that scales with stat multipliers like kings etc. so, its more like +0.88% crit we got. And I will ANY DAY trade 0.12% crit, to gain a full 1% hit.
Bad take.. Sanmedina.. The Holy Shock reset on crit to 3s CD is what made or break shockadin. It literally made Live shockadin weaker from this change.
The Holy Shock dream is dead if this goes to live. Losing the reset makes it a meme-spec now and no chance it is raid dps viable. It also destroys PvP flexibility of having quick instant cast heals over and over. I think the intention is to have you alternate between Exorcism and Holy Shock for DPS. Maybe it can work in dungeons as a healer but we'll have to see.
@@GKSonick Nope it will kill the 6p too. On average a Holy pally can crit Holy Shock for 2.5k with full WB, Exorcism will crit at best 1.6k. You can no longer DPS and keep a tank up. Exorcism is basically filler that does little damage eats a chunk of mana without Art of War
Shaman makes no sense for Ele set up. 30% damage lowered to 10%. Let me remind you that if you add 30% damage to us we still wouldnt be more than middle of the pack. Rogues hunters and all the true DPS are doing literally double of the best Ele shaman
and they are worried about ele shaman pvp so they nerf us. Like who is still pvping? Like I get my ranks in a few days and then get into world pvp rarely. usually just getting wiped in BRD.
and when you decide to play frost spec, you spam bfb too....they obv tried to buff frost via set bonuses and a other few items, but it's not enough. and it's bad design, when i need as fire mage one "sacrificing for raid" winters chill mage in raid. not a big suprise many raids lag caster dps in roster
