Oh Hunny... I've been right there with ya in my younger days... im a Grandma of 3 mean Boys... my grandabbies call me Shuggies and are house rippin tornados 🥰💝 I also have 3 grown girls.. I've learned a couple things if you know what I mean, if not you will 🤣🤣🤣 let me help you w those stains gurl.. and I mean help you good and save you alot of money.. I used to use all ALLLLLL those types of products all over my house and on everything.. but for stains on Litterally anything and everything Please PLEASE trust me....get you a gallon Jug of Murphys.. its a Very Thick Soap and It Yellowthe last one I bought at walmart for about 15$.. it last forever !! Like I use prob 1 a year.. but it work on everything from laundry stains to carpets and it's never discolored anything. I use it in my furniture my church clothes.. I mean just anywhere you have a stain even some OLD wash and dry stains have come out.. my hu bys grease stains.. its amazing on my Pet carpet odors.. it is strong but it has saved my house inside and out. Also Ypur car carpet!! Oh lawd it is really good girl. They sell smaller bottles but don't waste your hard eared dollars on them. Get the Gallon.. its amazing... I rub it on stains and let it set a couple hrs and wash it... I should hush now... Huggs to you 🥰 I hope you give it try and I hope I've saved you from buying alot of extra products in the future 💝👍👍
Would it dry faster if you squeegee the water out of it after?

I would also recommend using a wet vac also to pull even more moisture from it
How long did it take to dry? Did it smell mildewy?
It took 3-4 days in the sun! No mildew smell.
