My brother great job on building new system I use a vent cap for Bathroom under a the sink it's has a Built-in check valve no trash can get into your tank I put one on my 330 tote it works great good job on buliding your trailer Road dog dirt relief
Hey brother. Great videos. I have a small lawn care business solo operation. Adding housecwashing next year. Having to devide my trailer basically in half. Half lawn side half downstreaming side. 6x12 trailer so will be tight. What did you end up doing with the spare tire? I'm having that same issue with it having to be taken off the side to accommodate the reels.
I was debating on cutting the off the channel in front of the trailer, but decided against that. I also thought about just keeping in back of the truck. But after working the trailer, I think I will move the mount to the other side. I would also recommend that you make the reel rack off the trailer as far as you can to maximize your space. Thanks for watching and let me know if I can help with anything else!
The original bypass hose was connected to unloader & then went to the hoe inlet on the pump. So went you left off the wand, the water recirculates but will eventually heat up. So I disconnected the connection on the inlet and plugged it then ran the bypass hose to the buffer tank. With this set up, it doesn't matter how long I stay off the wand and the water will never get hot in the pump.
Yes, I did all the fabrication work. I am in the process of adding another stand for my 8 GPM unit. BTW, I love them being mounted on the back of the trailer for access.
Had a question on your SH tank. Do you manual fill it up? I heard that some SH suppliers won't fill up a tank if you have a drain spicket on the bottom of a tank. It has to be all solid. Just curious. Thanks
My bypass hose is around 3 or 4’. The only time you need a long bypass hose is on a roof pump to cool the water. I have a drop stick in the bulkhead fitting towards to bottom of the tank. Thanks
Very informative videos. I'm thinking about offering pressure/soft washing. This will be my second year mowing lawns and I was just wondering if you're still gonna mow? It sounds like there's more money in washing. I just do this as a side hustle, I work full-time elsewhere. Keep the videos coming. 👍
Bradd, I do not plan to mow next season. The pressure washing has a better margin when done right. Make the move and you will not regret it! Thanks for watching
Its not a street t, it's more like a sanitary t if anything. I've actually never seen one of them in the Chicago area and that's what I've done my whole life lol. Also, if it was me I would remove that 90 you have leading to the pump and use a street 45 into a regular 45 to make it a long sweep for better flow to that pump. A street fitting has one hub and one male end. 2 45's make a 90
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 thanks for the reply I ended up doing 2x4 on all sides two rachet straps over top my welder was willing to make the brackets but the way I did it was much more stout imo I'm now working the plumbing and it's been a real learning lesson haha.
Hey buddy quick question i notice you pressure washer will suck the water up from the tank when you started it. you can see the water flowing from the tube to the tank. But my pressure washer wont do that. i bought the simpson 4400 4 gpm pressure washer and no luck. Can you shed some light?
You probably have a direct drive pressure washer. A direct drive pressure washer will not suck water from a tank. You need to raise the tank above the pressure washer to gravity feed. If you get a bely drive or gear drive pressure washer, then they will suck from a tank.
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 yes sir, i do indeed have a direct drive pressure washer. what kind of pressure wash is the honda? is that bely drive or gear drive?
Love the build so far. A few tips I can give u is to definitely get yourself a sh tank with out any bulk head fitting at the bottom, the sh will eat those seals in no time and destroy your trailer..been there already..use that tank for your soap tank..def put a bigger beather hole in that tsnk... when I had a IBC tank I had about a 1/2 inch hole at the top and never had a problem with the debris getting in. Looking good. 👍🏻
Hey Man, that looks good. Nice and simple. Easy to work on.
Thanks! It has been a productive trailer.
Nicely done
Thanks! A work in progress for sure.

Nice build! Question... what is the bypass hose (valve) for that your run from your pressure washer to your tote? What's it's function?

So I disconnected the connection on the inlet and plugged it then ran the bypass hose to the buffer tank. What size of filter and clear hose from tank to pump did you use sir?
1 1/2" for the pressure washer. You could use 1" & that should work. Thanks
Hey, where did you get the IBC tote clamps to hold down the tank? I have never seen that before. Doing a build right now.
I made the hold down clamps out of 2" angle iron. Thanks
Where did you get the tie downs for the inch tank? The way you bolted it to the trailer?
I made them out of angle iron. I didn't like the look of straps. Thanksn
Did you buid those supports for the pressure washer and hose reels yourself? I need to do that for my trailer
Yes, I did all the fabrication work. I am in the process of adding another stand for my 8 GPM unit. BTW, I love them being mounted on the back of the trailer for access.
What size of line are you feeding the pressure washer with ? looks bigger than 5/8" ?
That is 1" feed line. Thanks
what size is the ball valve going to your pressure washer? looks like 1 inch?
Yes it is 1". Thanks
I have a question, will the pressure washer still be able to feed from the tote when the water is below the pressure washer line?
The water must be above the bulkhead fitting that feeds the pressure washer. Thanks

I fill it myself at the local pool company.
How long is your bypass hose? I have seen some say it needs to 15’ -25’. Also do you run that drop stick almost to the bottom of the tank?
My bypass hose is around 3 or 4’. The only time you need a long bypass hose is on a roof pump to cool the water. I have a drop stick in the bulkhead fitting towards to bottom of the tank. Thanks
What size filters are them that your using

Hey brother, great video. I have the same washer how are you getting by without using a pump to push wasted to your washer?
The belt drive machines suck water with no problem. Thanks!!
No way that’s awesome I did not know that!
Anyway you could post a list on some of these items?
@@maxsherro8729 It would be tough. Feel free to reach out to me for assistance.
Ok thanks!
Awesome clean build. Can i ask what size is line is feeding your pressure washer?
Thanks!! I used a 1" line to feed the 4 GPM unit & 1 1/2" line for my 9 GPM unit.
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 i like your setup and imma try to replicate that. For a 5.5 gpm do you think i should use 1” or 1-1/2”?

Sweeping tee vs. a regular tee. It has great flow, but i do need to add a ball valve. Thanks
How did you secure that water tank down
I made some brackets that are bolted to the deck of the trailer. Thanks
