Great video,,,, I know it's been a bit of time, but do you have a parts list ???? And where you got all of the parts ; the web sites and such ???? thank you....
I don't because I had to use multiple sources for the parts. the engine came from North Georgia Airless & the pump & stand came from Sprayer Depot. Thanks
Hey Brother I just got the same build as you and it’s beautiful. I have been looking for a answer to this question though. Now I have the Black igx 800 Honda and so do you . What’s the difference between the red and the black Honda machine? There has to be a reason.Thank You
The wire harness that comes from your regulator to the engine. Mine has a white/yellow wire and a black/yellow wire which match on both sides. Then two grey wires that are identical on the engine side and two grey wires one with a black dot on the regulator harness. Does it matter which of the grey ones you connect? Mine also has the black ground wire which I know where it goes. Finally it has a white and blue striped wire that is capped off. Not sure what it is for? Any insight on the two grey wires and the blue/white wire would be greatly appreciated.
@Sundown798 to be honest I bolted my pump to the engine and put it in my enclosed trailer and it's just been sitting there for almost a year. I've never attempted started it or finished my install. I'm actually considering selling it. My business went in another direction and I really don't have a use for it now. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. With the white / blue wire I believe it was for if you wanted additional accessories or to have your engine recharge the battery. Something along those lines, but I never verified because I never used it.
It does come out cheaper building vs. buying one. But, since you have no experience with pressure washers, I would recommend buying the first one. Thanks
Doesn't the Udor GKC (CKC) 30/24-GR Plunger Pump require two separate 3/4" suction side supplies? Mine came with a proper setup drawing showing two 3/4" lines running into a 3/4"×1"×3/4" tee and then 1" suction line running to storage tank.
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 when I spoke to udor they didn't say it was required, but did say it was recommended to use both of the inlets. I spoke to Randy when I called. I originally had planned on doing it exactly how you did, but since it's not much more work to run 2 separate supplies I think I'll go that route just to avoid starving the pump. My setup will be for drain jetting at 8gpm 3500psi. Thanks for video! You answered a lot of the questions I had about doing the setup/install.
It is holding up very well. I would build the exact unit again & plan to in the future. You could jump to a 10 GPM pump if you have the supply to feed it. Thanks

Great video! If you don't mind my asking, where were you able to find the IGX 800 available for purchase? I've been searching, but I've had trouble finding an online dealer.

Good idea to support the pump. Replace the threaded rod with a carriage bolt. Should never have to worry about rubbing the bottom of the pump.

How’s it do sucking water since it’s not belt driven… always here it’s not best using direct drive when needing to pull water from a tank.
Direct drive & Gear drive not the same. Gear drive is reduced with the gear box. Thanks
