    The second point is so key. I find it odd tho that senior leaders even if they know a layoff might happen, why don’t they just quiet quit and look for another job? Lol money left on the table! 😅

      Interesting point! In my experience, they usually secure another job before quitting.

      They might choose to look and leave before layoffs to avoid being associated with those layoffs. To avoid being associated with a "failing" company.
