Have you used any cliché weaknesses in the past? If so, which one? I am pretty sure I have used the perfectionist one many years ago.

Using past performance reviews to prep for this interview question is a great idea! After you have that in hand, your response will be authentic and easy to speak to. I like the STAR method to structure your approach.

This is so good! I’ve been victim to the first few examples and the STAR method is so powerful here.
Sometimes I also use something I’m currently working on. I used to be a speak technically yo non-technical stakeholders and improved over time to translate my explanations which helped relationships from cross teams

Thanks Ver! I love your idea of sharing something that you're currently working on! It takes courage to be this vulnerable and your excellent personal example shows it! 💪🏼
