It's a certain Katana called "Rivers of Blood", it has stats that scale heavily in dexterity, a little in arcane, and a miniscule amount in strength. Its stat requirements are 12 Str 18 Dex and 20 Arc. It deals both physical and fire damage, and it's skill slashes like a weaker version of the ash of war "Bloody Slash", except it takes no health (but a lot more FP), has less stagger, and has more hits in the combo, so it causes the "Bleed" status effect to build up faster than Bloody Slash, but if your opponent has high poise, you wouldn't be doing much before you got slammed into the ground.
