As an engineer My work is maintain the heavy lorry locomotives (the Hexie 7200Kw and 9600Kw series),sometimes in summer the temperature inside the locomotives can reach up to 85 degree, and space is very narrow inside, even the laptop we take there sometimes stop working,my colleagues and me take turns go inside work at most 3 minutes for each time.

I can’t imagine being anywhere at 85 degrees let alone inside a small confined space. I literally would pass out. Hats off to you. 👍

We work in these temps and even higher all day long, every summer. And inside metal building can and do easily reach over 110°F. And then construction and road crews easily working outside in that weather for hours. You get used to it after awhile. Drinking LOTS of water and electrolytes. Take small breaks. Help keep your head and face covered if outside. Cool sweat rags help too.

Indian passengers should not shamefully destroy railway properties & litter everywhere. Passengers have no civic sense. They think it’s other job to keep clean . It should be collective responsibility, both railway employees as well as passengers to keep the train clean.

Most trains here dont even have a very basic ,a decent toilet without dropping its contents on track all over the nation .this is why minister said our railway is world's largest open toilet. 🤣 .funny thing is instead of fixing basic facilities this country wants to showoff bullet train after spending huge tax money. The last sentence offends me, honestly. The only reason you feel that way is because you have never been anywhere but China. China is also homogeneous and does not mix with other cultures or races almost ever. So this means your opinion is based on lack of knowledge. You don’t know what any other culture and country is like and how hard they work too. So you don’t get to claim that China is the only country with Hard Working people. That is pure ignorance hidden in pride… From my perspective though I have seen many hard working people in China but I’ve seen way more hard working people in other countries as well. China is amazing country but do not disrespect us by saying you’re the only country who has hardworking people.
EDIT: I also want to add I mean no offense, and our conversation here will bring us both progress. And I understand as China is one of the oldest civilizations currently. It does deserve to be noticed but trust me, I live in America and we do acknowledges China. We view them as all intelligent. However we also feel sorry for them for their Government system and political issues. I respect your Nation and history, and plan to save up to major in History to learn such things about Ancient China and all ancient civilizations.

What are the true benefits of a sauna?
Facilities offering sauna bathing often claim health benefits that include detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation.
