Boy I can remember my teenage life when i listen to Bruce sing this song i did a lot of what he was saying driving around main st swimming at lock mans beach and so on I am from Sydney Mines live in Ontario now i miss home so much R.I.P Bruce

Thank you, Bruce, for unknowingly helping me through some of the darkest days of my life, and in the process becoming like a friend. There's a big Bruce Guthro shaped hole in life now. Safe journey home, old friend. We'll all miss you.
I never knew RUNRIG, , and ashamed to admit that I didn’t even get to hear Bruce in concert in our local community of Sydney Mines, or in our own CAPE BRETON. But it has been love at first sight, and sound. He will NEVER leave my HEART ❤. God Bless his family !!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
The glory of music is that you get to hear it new even when you've never heard it before. Listen to Runrig - from their old stuff to the albums etc done with Bruce. He is amazing - and saved a band and led them on to even greater things than had gone before. 💙🥃🏴🇨🇦 ❤️

Many great memories growing up in Sydney Mines with Bruce Guthro’s performances. Started as a small town hero and left an absolute legend. RIP Bruce.

I grew up in Sydney mines a and as a young boy I would on the week end I would go to Monty's and listen to Bruce and this song brings them days come rushing back thank you Bruce never forget
