Hi Jasper, This mixer is solid in sound quality and flexibility. specially if you want to use it in your DAW as your usb audio interface and even in live streaming sofware. The effects is decent sounding and the mic pre-amps is superb and giving you up to 60db of gain.
So essentially this is also a audio interface card too? And also since you can play on 9/10 your DAW,.do.you.know.if I can play anything on my computer ...videos or anything else? I'm assuming so since its able to see the DAW?...THANKS for any help

Hi, Mackie pro fx12 v3 is an step up upgrade if you want more channels, aux outputs and channel faders. they have both the same pre-amp if I am not mistaken and they have both higher headroom in the inputs and outputs of the v3 series.
Hi, unfortunately, NO. the presets are fixed. if you want to have more parameters for your fx, you can use an external effects processor and hook it up on this mixer's FX send.

Hi, regarding the effects, they are on fix value per preset and you can only adjust the DRY / WET orange knob and FX master knob to adjust the amplitude level.

for simultaneous recording, this mixer can only record 2 separate channels by panning left (channel 1) panning right ( Channel 2). By default, it will ok only record a stereo signal.
Hi, in this mixer you can only record 2 separate mono tracks simultaneously in your DAW by (Panning Left your input 1) and (Pannig Right your input 2) into the mixer. since it's a 2 in 4 out USB interface and by default your USB input channels 1 & 2 are on stereo recording. so as an example, recording vocals in your input 1 and panning it all the way to the Left and recording your guitar on your input 2 and panning it all the way to the right will give you 2 separate mono track recording.
This was not the right way to check Effects on any Mixer 😌 I have this Mackie profx10v3 and two big problem in it's effect engine (1) There's no parameter knob on this audio mixer so You Really Can't Control how much delay it apply on Your Microphone and instrument 🎸💀 You can only control the volume level of any effect 😏 (2) i Really Don't know why but this mixers Effect know also Control Volume Level of Each Channels.💀😌 So it means When You Decrease the Efforts knob It automatically Decrease the Volume of that Channel 👽🙄🤦 And if you off the effect engine it automatically cut 50% of Volume on Every Channel 😢
Sir, sana matulungan mo ako. Sa livestream gamit ang profx10v3, ano pwede gawin pra ang quality ng audio na naririnig mo sa headphone ay ganun din ang output sa TH-cam livestream. IPhone gamit ko sa livestream.
Hi Ian. technically it should sound great even on the headphones output using this mixer and will have the same output going live into online video platforms as long your audio material is on high quality format. 🙂

Then the quality of your stream also depends on your settings and internet connectivity. also be aware that online video platforms coverts the video files and audio files by a codec before it reaches the main stage or the audience. so better to always use high quality audio and video materials on your live streaming. 🙂
Hi alex, yes they dont have aux out. Auxes are available on 12 channels and up models.. on this model, you can use the Fx sends as aux out if you dont want to use the internal fx of the mixer.

yes its good to have the auxes sana. but i think they made it on purpose like for streamers that dont need auxillary outputs. but if you really want those auxes, much better to go on the 12 channel model and up.

make sure to adjust the FX master knob for the effects to be applied in the master output and usb outputs for your live streaming.

Thanks god I am using an external pedal Reverb (Ventris Dual Reverb), which allows me to make the adjustments I want.
