My power inverter used to run my ps4 just fine. A couple of months later when I play on power inverter the ps4 turns off after 2-3 hours. Any help?
Maybe your battery is old, you may need a new battery that can hold more energy

I already have a pure sine wave inverter (Microtek 1500SEBz), but my PS4 slim, during power cuts, sometimes stays on, and sometimes turns off.

Inverter ke peeche ek switch hota hai use ups mode main laga do. Alag se ups ki aavshyakta nahi padegi.

My issue resolved..I already had a sine wave home inverter 1500 va and vguard home stablizer..But still the gaming console used to switch off during minor voltage fluctuations and also during switch over to inverter power when main line power loss.I bought microtech 1000 va legend ups..Now no more switch off...The transfer time for this UPS is only 4ms..this Ups is modified sine wave not pure..still working..Finally happy..Also my ups is connected to normal inverter supply plug point.. so ups draws power from inverter during main line power loss..all good👍

That means that you are using one ups for PS4 and that ups is connected to sine wave home inverter...so suddenly when there is power cut your PS4 doesn't switch off and the power is shifted to the ups .

Home inverters produce square wave...agreed but Ps4 does not turn off due to non sine wave. It turns off because inverters take some time to start power from battery, whereas computer ups are tuned to switch to battery power within few milliseconds.
Then why do lcd tv, routers and set top box also not switch off??

Hi, I have purchased seperate Microtek UPS. I have inverter as well at my home. I have connected the new UPS to my inverted connection socket. So that nothings happens at all to PS4. Still whenever electricity goes off my PS4 shuts down abruptly.. It seems New UPS is also not working or should I connect to Non inverter power socket .. please advise

Yes I did.. Don't plug the UPS to that socket where you have the inverter connection. Plug it somewhere else .. I realised this after I bought another 1000VA UPS and that too didn't worked .. So try that and let me know

Indian model/220 volt works fine
But 120 volt model have some issues while working on assembled inverter

Hi Freinds, the real problem is the output your inverter is providing is not pure sine wave. Just change your inverter, it hardly cost 4000-5000 for a microtek or luminious pure sine inverter. Old battery will work fine.

No, ups is good enough to avoid fluctuation usmein khud acchi ppwer hoti hai... But sirf ps4 connect karna aur kuch nai

@@mittal5748 maybe efficiency is not good enough. I ironically discovered that my inverter (1000 w) pure sine was capable of handling my ps4 provided everything else connected to inverter is switched off. Mainly ceiling fans which consume a heck lot of power. I recently found out that a fan conn to inverter running at a low speed(2 bars) did not cut off power to ps4 , a few days back at 4 bars my ps4 switched off and when i switched it on it came back on safe mode.

1. Tv (193 w)
2. Stabilizer (25-50 w)
3. Router (10-20 w)
4. Ps4 pro (310 is max w )
Also tv was only conn to stabiliser.
Word of advice , a stabiliser is a bad idea when u conn it to ups. Stabiliser works best when it is by itself . Otherwise , during frequent power outages it switches on and off. Best thing switch off appliance after use .

Mera PS4 extra UPS lagane ke bad bhi off ho jata hai mera original system karan bhi ho chuka hai is ki waje se phir mujhe naya system lena pada. Please agar kuch or trick ho tho batana.

Dont connect ps4 to inverter(or ups) which produces squarewave..it will turnoff..

@@amanjeet90 either get a small UPS and connect a big battery with it..or replace home inverter with a pure sinewave inverter..I had intex Protector 725 ups connected with big battery and it worked fine.
