  • Ingredients;
    100 grams of potatoes
    1 teaspoon canola oil
    1 pinch of salt
    1 pinch of pepper
    Method
    - Peel and was the potatoes and cut them into 3mm thick slices. You can use a kitchen machine or potato peeler for this step.
    - Soak the potato slices for 30 minutes in cold water. Once soaked, drain and pat them dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel. Then add the oil and mix well.
    - Arrange the potato slices in the Air Fryer basket and slide the basket into the Air Fryer. Start the device with the indicated temperature and time. Shake the potatoes four times during cooking as indicated.
    Time: 17 mins Temperature: 150 degrees
    - Once air fryer is done, season the potato chips with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve.
