Great guide! Small note at 2:28 I hear another smol caav talking... and I can't quite make out his advice, but I'm sure it's just as helpful as the rest of the video :)
Ok so more damage, Chandelure triggering a ground attack + Levitate on Lunatone. So like the Sky Drop immunity from Dragonite Trick Room to outspeed the adds Very cool strat
Yeah it's very fun, more damage and very consistent. Lunatone doesn't get a lot of use and this is a cool way to utilize the otherwise dead turns created by the protective barrier mechanic
The easiest method for people to follow has been for people to just grab a few Cloud Nine Golducks from the GTL with Hydro Pump or Aqua Tail and just use them, should be able to burn the boss down.
This strat is fine but is actually damn near as expensive and is genuinely too specific and iffy in practice and lastly is just less consistant overall , i cant in good faith recommend this to anyone to use
I could not disagree more. I've run it a few dozen times now and have had it fail 0 times, it cost me about 300k in total breed and moveset. Normally I would test a strategy quite a bit more but it is already the predominant strategy in the CN community and extensively tested over there, so I felt no reason to go to triple digit tests.
Great guide!

I changed a bg clip around and somehow it got on a layer that I didn't nuke the audio track on 😭
TY
Thanks for the guide! This team is almost 2x faster than the team i've been using and easily saves me over 2 hours of doing ho-oh across all my alts.
@@icy471 hell yeah, love to hear that!! How many alta are you running if you don't mind me asking?
@@caav.pokemmocurrently 24 but i'll be getting more once shiny war is over
@@icy471 you're insane, love it!! Are they all single region alts?
@@caav.pokemmo 21 of them have all regions complete and im half way through with 22,23 and 24
Damn he never stops
Can't/won't
easy to follow. worked first try. Another W video from Caav.
Heck yeah
Thanks! I've tested it a few times and this one works perfectly. My Pokemon's nature is: Chan Timid, Rotom Modest, Luna Modest.
It only take 10 turns everytime i do ho-oh rebattle with this team. Amazing thanks👍 used it 3 weeks ago and i come back here just to comment this
I do enjoy theory crafting, despite me leaving pokemmo some time ago. Keep up.
Love to hear it!!

W caav guide as usual 🙌
Thanks, this team is Very Nice, faster than other teams
thank you man ive been wanting a more consistent strat, i do 5 bird runs a week and it takes so much longer when phase 2 hooh randomly wipes me
Not sure what you were using but there are plenty of strats that don't get you wiped in P2!
do you mind elaborating more on the story ho-oh method? i’m new to the game and i’m hardstuck on this fight i’m not sure what to do at all

I love it !
Nice!! Why does Ho Oh not Sky Drop Chandelure tho?
Why would it?
Cuz chande evs focusing on Defense and HP makes it click Earth Power on it instead
@@freerent21 Thx for the explanation.
I am using a team of Altaria, Chandelure and Poliwrath and sometimes Chandelure randomly gets Sky Dropped
Does the lunatone need to be quiet or would rash work? Just rolled rash lol
I do not believe that has been tested by anyone
Have you tried it?
is it 100% workin ?
does the chandelute ability matter?
Yes

Left it as it was, was too painful to edit the clip length

I've done 42 runs with this team already and I haven't failed once yet.
idk about expensive lol
