I really appreciate the work you do with this podcast. It is really a breath of fresh air to listen too. Here are some of the key features I love : - allowing your guests to be themselves and present relevant information. - introducing innovative and creative solutions without extravagant marketing - pertinent topics and well thought out discussion points - extremely informative and accessible Thank you Julie!
Simply Awesome! A great interview! Very thought provoking. "Not for everyone but can be done by anyone" classic Glassman right there love it! Keep up the great work.
Even though exercise (movement in general) & nutrition play a vital role towards defining health there are many other factors that need to be highlighted as well such as sleep or rest, annual medical checkups, mental, intellectual & spiritual health, social health, environmental, occupational as well as financial wellness are also essential. Exercising & eating right are only a small part of the whole equation
Great interview Julie. Who did Coach cite in regard to fasting? Thomas C. Freed? I can't find him on a search. What's the name of the book Coach gave you?
Used to be 3 cans of coca cola/ day + Kraft Dinner and Pizza Pockets every day. Stopped when I turned 16, and started doing Crossfit and following paleo/ keto ever since. Never felt better, even the doctor asked me what do I do lol!

Soda is a killer. It's really hard to kick the habit but if you can cut out the soda, everything else falls into place.
