Evelyn, love the focus of your channel. I would remove the color blocks in your channel art and also put your posting schedule in there, so people know when you publish new videos. Then work on making your thumbnails better - larger fonts (most people read on mobile). Then use the Video Content Plan course to get your keyword strategy on point! You should have no problems reaching 1000 subs in just a few weeks (no that's not a typo!)

I would like to see more audience focus in your channel art - for example I get that it's about motivation, but motivation for who exactly? get clear on the audience you're serving and communicate that in your branding so that when people land on your channel, they know they're in the right place :) A great edit actually starts at the time of filming. I film my videos with the edit in mind and I'll be making a video bout this process very soon - be sure to look out for it!

I'd probably look at adding english subtitles to further your reach. Keep doing what you're doing and you should definitely grow! Make sure you're interacting with your audience regularly :)

Hey there! I checked out your channel - great job on the color scheme of your channel art - definitely eye-catching. I would love to see the yellow and black color scheme extend to your thumbnails as well for a consistent look. Also, "online visibility" is a bit broad and hard to rank for. I'd go all in with what appears to be your target niche - job seekers. So I'd rebrand the channel a little to focus on "visibility for job seekers so they can land the job they seek". Sell the results, not the process :)

To add related channel, click on "Customize Channel" and then look for pencil icon on Related Channels so that you can edit that section. I took a quick look at your channel - definitely work on your channel art to instantly convey what your channel is about. And also aim to produce one video a week. Consistency + branding will help you grow fast!

Instead of a logo, people would love to see the chef behind the recipes so put your picture up there and also in the channel art! I have 18 subscribers...Trying to start up a pet channel with my new adopted kitten, but feeling a bit overwhelmed with how much pet content is already available. Also my videos only get watched by my closest family and friends even though I try to share them on social media.
I only have 12 subscribers mostly family members 😵 I think my videos is getting better much better than the first few and I do have 10 videos up I just posted one up tonight I just recently started appearing in my videos. Like intros. I also have a theme song or intro, you know like a TV show. I guess by my name you can see I do cooking videos. Anytime your brand is very nice love the purple. I just updated my pic on my "brand" but I'm satisfied with it so I won't be changing it again anytime soon. Love your videos God bless you and have a great day. P.S. thanks for the tips 😃

I checked out your channel and it seems you can niche down even further in your channel art - for example, you can say book reviews on African authors (if that's true) and then bring in some videos about culture or whatever the general niche is that you typically review. Love the channel art! Since you're in a very competitive and fast moving field, I would actually ask you to increase your posting frequency. I noticed that you posted 6 new videos in 30 days. Watch how frequently your competitors, who are at the same stage as you but growing faster, are posting and follow that. At least 3-4 times a week would be my guess for a tech channel.
Checked out your channel - loved it! The channel art has your tagline which tells what your channel is about immediately so that's great. Definitely connect with others in your niche, and also connect with them outside TH-cam, such as inside niche Facebook Groups for foodies/travellers to asia, etc. Also, try and develop a consistent thumbnail style so your videos are instantly recognizable! Great work.
