While I did this, I didn't feel any heavy emotions but hours after, I took a nap and I dreamt of my mom scolding me when I was a child. After I woke up, I suddenly cried. I don't know what I was crying for and I didn't understand why I felt that way. Maybe I was releasing bad emotions in my body. This is really effective. I'll do this daily, Thankyou!

Where I go mentally on the breath hold is what keeps me coming back. I get into a fleeting altered state, but when I’m there everything seems to make sense. I love breath work as I’m a sober man who like to get high naturally ✌🏼 ❤

What an absolutely fantastic technique. I can't thank you guys enough. Years of pain untouched by years of therapy, was purged in under 24 hours. It was extremely painful, but I am a completely different person after doing this exercise just once, and I didn't even hold my breath for the entire 2 minutes in each of the rounds!
You guys deserve every bit of love, illumination, wisdom, prosperity and whatever else that you wish to achieve in this life. I never thought I would get past so much of this pain, but now God, through you, is in the process of delivering my soul and soon we will become One. You guys are my heros and I wish nothing but good things to all of you and the best for this channel. I love you guys so much. Take care!

You just released the trauma! I read this in a book by Peter Levine.. where he explained that animals go back to normal as soon as possible after trauma because they complete the cycle of trauma with shaking... There is also a polar bear coming out of trauma(here on YT, just look up for polar bear trauma) and you you will see how bear shakes and shivers.... And then he goes back to normal! Unfortunately humans are too conscious of the surroundings or too numb after trauma so we don't do it.... Some of us do tho most of us couldn't.... So congratulations 👏👏👏

I also struggle with getting in to the cadence of this kind of breathing. I’m not sure why, but in my case maybe there’s some heavy energy on the top part of my chest or maybe it’s tight intercostal muscles. Also, sometimes I forget the specifics and it takes a while to get it right.

Apparently I turned grey and lips went blue during my first guided session yesterday, my guide said I didn't breath at all for 4 minutes which is crazy because in my mind I was still doing the techniques.
I remember I yelled for help as I encountered a swift sudden freakout, I threw my arms in the air and went to get up. The real crazy part is this didn't actually happen in my guides reality, only my reality.
I'm having a hard time gripping the fact that 2 completely different encounters happened, I was with my wife and two guides, they all testify that what I experienced was all in my DMT state. Absolutely crazy to comprehend.
The 1.5h session felt like 10 minutes.
I'm so grateful to have those two guides, I think I could have died if they weren't there to help me through my imaginary freakout, I felt like I was rescued and the situation was out of my control. Had they not being there I may not have continued to breath after 4 minutes, I really don't know, all I know is what I perceived as reality was infact not reality, even through I experienced in my own world as if it undeniabley was, hand on heart reality, where I was breathing as instructed.
It was deeper than I've ever gone before.

Hello guys, folks who've done this, did you feel safe doing it? I'm quite "wobbly" after a year of pretty much being isolated/restricted and feel very closed down, struggling to sleep and have no support nearby, so am quite cautious about what I try. Thank you so much.

Safe has been an extreme issue all my life. But i started getting really serious and passionate about breathwork a few weeks ago and i have no words. Im beyond moved. I feel safe. Make a space. I do it in my bed. I could write so much more but i am with you. Breathwork is life changing. I haven't done this video yet i follow certifiedhealthnut on here.

@@driftingeleftheria1110 thank you so much. I can read most of your message but it won't seem to open fully. I got the bit about the certified healthnut so I'll check them out. Thank you. I think my difficulty is im living back with my folks. They both have Aspergers and my father can be very critical, both aren't available emotionally. Apparently we need to be around people we feel safe with so we can co-regulate. On top of that, it's been a shielding household due to my Dad and his compromised immune system. So I've not really seen anyone/many for a year as it's very remote. I don't know how to start again. Feeling rather battered now.

I love this now because i am all i need and a so much serenity and peace can be found in a few minutes. You dont have to be i intimidated by it. Its just you and your breath. I have also been practicing diaphragmatic breathing and i qm doing it all the time now without thought which is huge for me. Im moving into my heart more. Things qre flowing more. I ha e way more patience and it has taught my mind and body what a resting state feels like which i wanna say ive almlst never felt. So i just wsnt you to know you will become yoir sage space.
