Have you used colourpop ?! If so, what are some of your favs? As far as “neutral -natural look”
I love Colourpop! I really enjoy their super shock shadows, just cuz they're so sparkly and intense. I also like the highlighters, and the two palettes I've tried (Yes, Please palette and Golden State of Mind palette) were both really nice. I haven't been disappointed yet!
Hey, I love your videos and they have helped me feel so much better about wanting to join but for some reason I have this huge underlying fear of failing at BMT and getting sent home even though I feel confident in myself I am just sooo scared of messing up somehow :-( any advice?
Well...all I can really tell you is they create BMT to be challenging, but feasible. They want to push you and test the limits, but also want you to succeed. I think putting it into a realistic perspective of you're only there for 2 months might help. Think about it, you were in high school for four years, and maybe college, and you succeeded there after aaalllll that time. This time period is much shorter, and you have a clear-set goal at the end. That's what helped me!

The answer is probably no but I have to ask, can you wear falsies? Like more natural ones lol
You can totally use falsies! But yes, I would recommend natural ones.

Are you allowed to wear top and bottom eyeliner in the air force? That's kinda what I do :P
I've seen people do it! I personally think it looks a bit heavy/extra but you can probably get away with it.
I meet with my recruiter tomorrow!!😬 but quick question.. my hair is super curly and I was wondering how that would work in basic? And can we wear makeup in basic?
I feel like you're the best person to answer that question haha however you put your hair into a bun is how it will work in basic. You are not allowed to wear makeup in basic with the exception of MAYBE putting some on for a photo towards the end. You could wear it during Airman's week but I'm pretty sure they got rid of that whole thing
Before you go into bmt, is it possible to get your hair permed. i have really thick, curly hair and it takes me a very long time to do my hair. To do a keratin treatment or a Brazilian treatment, is it okay with military regulations to go in with permed hair ?
You're more than welcome to do that, it's just I'm not sure how that would work considering you're going to get dirty and sweaty all the time and have to shower. I know nothing about permed hair but if it gets curly again after washing I would say don't waste your money! If washing your hair isn't a problem then yeah it's in regs haha
Do they MAKE you use a donut for your hair in bmt?
Nope! As long as your hair is up and looks good, you're fine
How is your vision since the prk video?
It's way better! I'm going in for my one-month appointment so I was planning to make a video update after that. It's still a bit blurry, and at night it's worse, but I definitely feel like I can at least see
Are you allowed to have a nose piercing in the air force?
You can have your nose pierced, you just can't wear the jewelry in uniform. I'm not sure if you can technically wear it out of uniform...you'd have to look at AFI 36-2903 to double check, but I doubt you'd get in trouble for wearing it in civilian clothes on your own time.
