Bonjour. Bonne vidéo bien expliqué pour le remplacement des coussins d'air.moi je l'ai deja fait plusieurs fois mais pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas c'est très bien expliqué. Merci pour tout est bonne route pour la suite.
Hey Bandit, a little tip for airbags under a load or unloaded. After you plug the airline to the blown out air bag. Then you take the level valve arm loose and start your truck up and put air into the system then lower arm on air level valve causing airbags to over inflate the air bags lifting trailer higher up. And pull out blown airbag a little easier. Once you have all airbags fixed reattach the air valve air as normal operation. Take care and thanks for showing.
These how to videos are great. I don’t know if you know Half Throttle Tom, but he does them too. Many drivers haven’t worked on their trucks. These will show them that they can and will encourage them to do so.
Most definitely. I like doing these for that reason right there. I wanna show other owner operators that it’s possible to do this stuff and save money in the process.
Good job Mate. These days on most equipment they mix up metric sizes.(19mm) and American SAE sizes (1/18) inch. It gets confusing sometimes and you need more variety of sockets and wrenches.
Good work on the air bags, you do it yourself and you know it’s right. I know you’ve got a good set of tools but maybe a longer 1/2inch breaker bar and ratchet could be useful.
Hi Bandit Another good mechanic job on your truck. How did you learn all that? Ok I hope you have a great week and be safe. Waiting for another OTR Video, lol...😅
Thanx ol Buddy for this video, brought to you by " zero maintenance my ass " Bprrrrttt Awesome job, hope you have had a great weekend, looking forward to next trip / fixing it video. Stay safe out there....keep Big Blue between the mayo & mustard..
This system will work fine if you are MT and its only one bag. If you have two go at the same time and (or) your loaded this wont work. But in a perfect world... this is good.
You're very smart by changing those nuts on those airbags out to the brand new ones because those old ones are so rusty the next time it happens you'd have to cut it off with a torch ( flame wrench ) 🤣😂
Because they are cheap. As an owner operator, that’s all that is needed to work on your own truck. If I was full time mechanic, I would definitely use something that’s better quality. Thank you very much buddy 🙏🏼
I do all maintenance on all of my cars. What my mechanic said: if u work on an axle, always do left and right. If it´s on a trailer, do all axles. Because the new parts take more weight, do more than the old ones and wear out faster. For all fellas, don´t pay a shop to do those stuff. Yes u gotta spent a few bucks or more in tools, but as u see in this video it takes a few hours to learn how and to do it and get it done, but u save a lot of money. Don´t be shy, google and whatch yt to diy 😉 I´m from germany and we have to deal with TÜV, they inspect ur 4 wheel more then the dot trucks in the usa 😑
Always use never seize when you replace any nut and bolt. I’m always amazed that we pay crazy money for vehicles or machines and the manufacturers can’t put never seize on the nuts and bolts when the build this stuff. Anything for them to make extra labor in the future.
Hey Bandit! You are a great teacher. I don’t know anything about any of that. Lol but you made it seem so easy. That’s because you’re a professional! Hope you’re having a great day! Stay safe 😊

Merci beaucoup. C'est pourquoi je fais ces vidéos, j'espère qu'un jour elles pourront aider quelqu'un qui ne sait pas comment réparer des problèmes.
Thank you for video-recording how to change a airbag I've always paid to have mine done now I know I can do it Awesome job.
Thank you very much buddy 🙏🏼 I’ve learned allot of stuff over the years and from watching videos on TH-cam.

Thank you very much buddy. They do that to sell us more tools. Almost every tool I have, I have them in metric and SAE
You know buddy, that looks like a lot of fun there. I have helped work on some semis and they can be more fun than working on cars at times.
This repair was definitely fun to do. Especially since everything worked out at the end.. and of course I saved a bunch of money by doing it myself.
Successful on the street repair that saved over $500.00>what a great video!!
Most definitely would cost about that if not more. Gotta save money anyway we can out here.

I was actually loaded with about 40,000 pounds I think when this happened. But definitely would not work if two airbags go out at the same time.

A little bit of Never Seize on the threads will allow you to change these easier the next go-around. Great video my brother!
Definitely should have used that. I have a whole bottle in my truck but I forgot to use it.
When you do the next ones, at least 1/2 of your rear bags will have it on the threads.
Bags are alot easier than taking a spring pack apart to fix a broken leaves or do the bushings on rubber block Hendrickson suspension.
