@@FringeSpectre cheating in fighting games is EXTRA sad. it's not even a team based game where they get to flex their fake "skills" in front of their friends and teamates.
I watched more of his replays bro. It gets worse. This dude plays ken in platinum AND STILL CHEATS. He tbagged this platinum player earlier he was cheating against. Dude needs to be banned
If people saw me play they would think I was cheating. I'm not. I'm just so bad you would constantly be asking yourself. Why did he do that? Bronze 4 life.
I feel like Diamond is the most tempting place for cheaters. Not good enough to "play right", not bad enough to not care, and looking for a way over the hump into Master. I ran into a few that were suspicious on my way to Master. I had one guy who Perfect Parried me on jump-ins 9 times in 2 matches, but never hit parry any other time. Never parried anything else. Never hit a normal parry. Never even attempted and whiffed a parry. But PP'd every jump-in for 6 rounds straight.
we have to acknowledge as a community that fighting games are infested with cheaters, just like in FPS games they use the same mechanics to use macros and all kind of scripted stuff they can even do it on console with custom controllers, evo needs to start checking sticks and check if there are some that are modded for cheating, skippinf frame data, override frame input, autoblock, etc... remember they can always turn on and off constantly
That's so funny, the name DaBoah was familiar, and he cheated like crazy, except he was using Zangief against my Zangief. The replays showed instant DI's, always interupted any block strings with the cleanest 4 input SPDS. XD
Same guy, think I ran into him with my Marisa as he played gief, then I started playing akuma and I ran into him again using the Marisa. Always had an answer as I went to go throw something out, techies every throw and whiff punished almost every button I threw out. Then recently, no relation, but I ran into a Manon, that I kid you not 5 of 7 parries he threw out, PERFECTLY TIMED, and he hadn’t done a single one before that.
I feel like Diamond rank is where cheaters like to park. Like we're not brand new but we're not expert either so maybe they can get away with some stuff without being called on it.
Pros need to keep coming out with these videos until Capcom speaks about it. With Nephew, you know if anyone has better reflexes than him, they're cheating. Or they're a high ranked tournament player that he will already know.
and also check sticks in IRL events so they don't actually take these practices there, imagine an evo champion that gets discovered that had an altered stick or has been using all along... you have to consider the possibilities, there's other games where that is possible: fps, rts, moba, etc...
It kind of falls on the companies that allow cheating. I know that they won't be able to stop all of it, but they have to do something. Activision banned 650000 accounts on COD. They also went after all the cheat providers.
The issue lies in “translation” through anti-cheats so to speak. Will undoubtedly add some amount of latency with in far more crucial in fight games than other games. And the alternative (what they do now to some extent) is post-match enforcement. But the cheating has already been done
I don't cheat but I can kind of see the mentality. They may like the game and just want to play the "fun" parts, i.e. beating up your opponent, doing combos etc; and being thrown by SPD is not "fun" so the cheat helps get rid of that. If you ignore the very non-trivial aspect of the fact that there's a human player on the other side, they may just see this as using a mod that helps you play however you want. Another aspect is a lot of times good athletes/players cheat. You have spent all these time labbing and stuff and just falling short because your opponent doesn't play the way you want them to play. Sometimes you just want to win and need that little push to help you to get the wins that you deserve since you are the better player or whatever justification they have. Also if you just look at say Reddit some people really can't seem to take losses well and somehow tie winning/losing to their own personal identity. This aspect has been demonstrated over and over again across different types of sports and games. And once you cheat you really can't go back since you have now grown reliant on cheating and used to how it works. You never really built the skills to not cheat and to you cheating is just how the game works.
@@BrotherCheng That’s an interesting way of looking at it tbh. I despise cheaters especially in a game genre that allows me to play as scummy as I want already, but it’s intriguing nonetheless.
He punished a level 3 with throw!? As MARISA?!? As a Marisa player this guy disgusts me. Like maybe players of other characters might fumble the punish there in Master idk but even a gold Marisa isn’t going to throw there (I wouldn’t throw there and I’m a bronze Marisa). The whole point of playing Marisa is that you get the most damage period in those types of big punish scenarios. Like as soon as you block that you are thinking, charge stand heavy punch hell yeah here we go (against every character except Chun-li, who’s level 3 is only -24 for some reason), which does as much damage as a punish counter throw and 20% more drive damage BY ITSELF and links into back heavy punch on punish counter for a full combo. Speaking of which, charged back heavy punch is 20 frames so it punishes every super in the game and also forward advancing with a huge hitbox. Even if you aren’t sure about charged HP, you are at least going to use that. Against Cammy level 3 you literally have a 13 frame window to press it, and it does 200 less damage and the same drive gauge damage as the throw, while also linking into uncharged back heavy with an enormous window for a full combo. Yeah you can’t side switch but who cares you are going to do a large amount of corner carry in the other direction and leave your opponent on very low health and resources. If you don’t just kill outright lol.
I know why he did the crouch medium in the stun combo. The first reason is that that’s the version in the combo trials, the second reason is that that version is easier because you don’t have to drive rush forward, hold back for the fierce, then back to forward for the DP motion. With the crouch medium version you can even hold down-forward for the cr.MP then go down, down-forward to get the DP. It’s the version of the combo I use for that reason… but I’m in bronze lol, this is a fairly high master player. Also he even dropped it!

The sad part is, this Marisa doesn't even need to cheat, they are definitely a Master player... not 1800MR of course but still Master, so why do they do it? ALSO SUPER MONKEY BALL 2 (Bubbly Washing Machine) MUSIC. BASED.
I will never get the point of cheating in a fighting game, especially like using bots and scripts. Sucks the whole fun and gratification of even playing in the first place, so whats the point lmao. for rank/digital badge?
I've thought about this for a while. I thought maybe they just want to turn their brain off and do combo and feel powerful. But then, why not play a single player game on easy? Load up devil may cry or something. But no, they actually need multiplayer. It's not to feel accomplished for beating a human because they know they are cheating so what is it? They key ingredient is, they need to have made someone else feel bad. They want the feeling of feeling powerful, not the one from being better than someone, but from knowing that someone else feels weaker than them.
I don't feel like cheating either, takes the whole point out of trying to improve for me. However I can empathize with people who want to cheat in competitive multiplayer games. I'm pretty sure there's documentaries out there to watch, if you're curious about the various motivations behind cheating.
@@GenderNeutch There is nothing to empathize with, fighting games are about the enjoyment of getting better. Cheating defeats the purpose and hurts the game for others. Its not like hes in a tournament for a million dollars and needs to win to take care of his family. Hes just online doing nothing.
@@cryptocaesar8972 I get your point, however "fighting game are about the enjoyment of getting better" might not apply to everyone. People play (fighting) games for different reasons. I’ve came across many people that couldn’t be grabbed ever and that would perfect parry almost everything. it’s so bad that I had to turn off crossplay😭 Cheating in a fighting game is pathetic.

It honestly isn't that common, but it's good content and players like pros who know what they're doing spot cheaters relatively easily. So remember friends with all internet game cheats for anything pop. A keylogger is running a scrip a with a priority system to remove ppl doing random things as much as possible. Best way to spot cheaters is ranking and gameplay. No way a master rank anything cant perform the simple stuff. Hey Nephew, it would be cool to see you use an eye tracker. It would be a great way to help new and older players see where we should be looking. Cause I have no idea and want to improve!
They should rename Marissa 'Crayola crayon' in the next balance patch. Also just delete all Lvl.1 and Lvl.2s from the game. 99.999999% of people combo into Lvl.3 in round 2 without fail.
I wonder if the cheat is rng operational, to make it not so obvious. But yeah, if he had combos he would have taken a game off you. He probably blocked you goes he lost
every di or jump was within 4-6 frames of you or the cammy doing your input. i think the difference in frames was due to buffer windows like when cammy dashed up sweep the sweep came out a couple frames after inputing 2hk
its always suspect when the opponent plays like ass, then out of no where becomes an EVO player on finals. They need to patch anti cheat and anti AI script in all online games. I dont care if it screws up costume mods or UI enhancements, healthy life and support to any game is best.

Every time people make vídeos about it more people are exposed and go around trying to buy their own. Especially because it's seems it's really easy to do and there is no risk. These guys love exposition like this because now they can tell their friends in the forums and show that they got noted by a professional player.

Cheating is so common now. Everyone is Daigo now in BH. Can't ever throw anybody. They never drop combos, auto counter everything. It's sad for players coming to the game.
Throwing has been way easier since sf5 try Throwing in sf4 it's way harder to tech thos throws , teching throws in sf5/6 is easy to mash out if u expect the throw , sf6 just has alota scruby mechanics like di and dr , also parry is brain dead af

they cant do that, they just should make a good anti cheat system
What a stupid idea. Also games shouldn't include streamers in their design philosophy.
500 hours is wild especially if this is your first FG that's really not a lot! It should be strictly pro players but even that I disagree with they just need to make an anti cheat
0:55 Educational Notice for US folks, the music playing at this moment...is NOT techno. its DnB or Drum n Bass....someone tell the reactors (this comment is not directed towards Nephew)
I played against this person, I thought they were sus.
They had godlike perfect parries and defensive reads, but then their footsies and hit confirms were ass.
i met a cheater in avatar battles while completing challenges. worst part is i can't even block them cuz they quit out once achievements were unlocked and you can't replay avatar battles.
The sad part is, this Marisa doesn't even need to cheat, they are definitely a Master player... not 1800MR of course but still Master, so why do they do it?
ALSO SUPER MONKEY BALL 2 (Bubbly Washing Machine) MUSIC. BASED.
Some ppl likes to cheat. Applies to anything in life
They drop basic combos definitely not a master without cheats
@@johningles1098bruh straight psychos
@@GenderNeutch There is nothing to empathize with, fighting games are about the enjoyment of getting better. Cheating defeats the purpose and hurts the game for others. Its not like hes in a tournament for a million dollars and needs to win to take care of his family. Hes just online doing nothing.
@@cryptocaesar8972 I get your point, however "fighting game are about the enjoyment of getting better" might not apply to everyone. People play (fighting) games for different reasons. By saying I can empathize I simply meant I can imagine different reasons why you would want to cheat and I can understand why someone who cheats does.
I’ve came across many people that couldn’t be grabbed ever and that would perfect parry almost everything. it’s so bad that I had to turn off crossplay😭 Cheating in a fighting game is pathetic.
I'm very reluctant to call someone out for cheating, but their gameplay reminded me of input-reading AI arcade mode CPU in old fighting games.
Thing is, the guy didnt know how to combo, you cant mess simple stun or jump ins combos, also the movement and random shit buttons press are a giveaway too
In shooters its obvious when you see a dummy backpedaling and has godlike aim, same shit here.
Hey, Nephew, do you play Zangief on hitbox? How do you find standing 720s?
The block at the end lmao 😂😂😂
What song is that at 3:33?
It's a shame to see this happening to this game. It really makes me not want to play right now, among other reasons.
It honestly isn't that common, but it's good content and players like pros who know what they're doing spot cheaters relatively easily.
Profiles tend to give it away, just look at how this guy is a 20 hour account with 1800 MR. Capcom definitely needs to do something about it but cheating isn't *that* common.
So remember friends with all internet game cheats for anything pop. A keylogger is running a scrip a with a priority system to remove ppl doing random things as much as possible. Best way to spot cheaters is ranking and gameplay. No way a master rank anything cant perform the simple stuff. Way easier than trying to check a 1ms keylogger as anyone can button mash and get lucky. (I.E 3RD STRIKE PARRY) IVE gotten so many down and red parry while literally flailing
Hey Nephew, it would be cool to see you use an eye tracker. It would be a great way to help new and older players see where we should be looking. Cause I have no idea and want to improve!
You need to be looking at your opponent and maybe occasionally glance at the meter
They should rename Marissa 'Crayola crayon' in the next balance patch.
Also just delete all Lvl.1 and Lvl.2s from the game. 99.999999% of people combo into Lvl.3 in round 2 without fail.
Has anybody played the game before when the person you were fighting changes the FPS so much on your side that it’s impossible to play the game
What type of marissa doesn’t do crouch MP
I wonder if the cheat is rng operational, to make it not so obvious.
But yeah, if he had combos he would have taken a game off you.
He probably blocked you goes he lost
These cheater videos you and Broski have been doing are oddly entertaining.
I brought this game this past june and I'm waiting for terry to release before I play seriously
but these cheaters take the fun of gaming I swear lol
Some of the weird random parrys almost looked like he was messing up a DR input? Or maybe he throws in random ones to make the cheat ones less sus
I played a cammy last night and he was crouch teching but no throw whiff animation just rapid fire crouching light kick
Best way to mess with these people is using mid buttons and rekkas if you have any.
They don't know how to cope.
Does that string he tries at 3:58 actually work????
What is this? Some kind auto-detect-thing that catches your input and instantly-counter?
White Gun used to be a good ibuki player back in sf4
Yes i enjoyed the video sir
It’s like versing an impossible bot
every di or jump was within 4-6 frames of you or the cammy doing your input. i think the difference in frames was due to buffer windows like when cammy dashed up sweep the sweep came out a couple frames after inputing 2hk
He’s probably not using them all the time so he doesn’t look too suspicious
If they are not going to ban them completely they need to at least ban these cheaters from crossplay so they are not messing it up for console players
They're probably just chewing their controller
Cheating like hell
Still gets schooled by Nephew
That’s like the definitive loser
its always suspect when the opponent plays like ass, then out of no where becomes an EVO player on finals. They need to patch anti cheat and anti AI script in all online games. I dont care if it screws up costume mods or UI enhancements, healthy life and support to any game is best.
Shooty! Good luck with your esport career!
dude I have a guy who had SOOO many cheats. perfect parry, and anti-grab just to name a few. . I checked and he had a 21 game streak...as a platinum. there was no doubt he has scripts. I even did nothing but try to grab the second match..no go. plus he got a PP no matter how I switched stuff up.
10:37 maybe he feels like he has to manually parry all the time cuz if he only perfect parried with cheats it would draw suspicion
Cheating in a 1v1 situation has got to be the saddest type of gaming. What's the point???
This is the 4th cheating video I've seen in about a week. This shit is getting out of hand.
Wadda goober
Marissa is so bad cheats don't even help her 💀
REAL
there are so many cheaters, from bronze to legends . why capcom lets those scumbag get into rank ??
capcom is the troublemaker.
I think the BGM is a little bit too loud:{
Every time people make vídeos about it more people are exposed and go around trying to buy their own.
Especially because it's seems it's really easy to do and there is no risk.
These guys love exposition like this because now they can tell their friends in the forums and show that they got noted by a professional player.
I totally suck, buuuuut I'm seeing a ton of drive parries on medium kick, like an excessive amount. Playing ryu D+MP and constantly get DI against me..
I'm not a high rank, and I've noticed odd things in fights.
Look at my replays and all you gone see is maaaaaaashing!
MY LOYAL FANNNZZZZZ
I dont get cheating at fighting games. Even losing to a better opponent is cool in my opinion. And even better if they give you the run back to try and figure them out.
I run into them constantly in ranked. I live in the Bay area California
Cheating is so common now. Everyone is Daigo now in BH. Can't ever throw anybody. They never drop combos, auto counter everything. It's sad for players coming to the game.
Thats what i saying, everybody is evo champion level now, kind of sucks, thats why i moved to Tekken 8,..
I'm having a rough time with auto DI... that one is infuriating...
@@jdmaze1 do you like Tekken?
Throwing has been way easier since sf5 try Throwing in sf4 it's way harder to tech thos throws , teching throws in sf5/6 is easy to mash out if u expect the throw , sf6 just has alota scruby mechanics like di and dr , also parry is brain dead af
@@antoniogonzalez115 Never really played it. Last time I did anything other than SF was waaaay back with DOA and DOA2 (which I loved). Very small amount of experience with Soul Calibre back in the day too. I've looked at Tekken 8, but not sure I want to dive into another fighting game. I'm an old guy and my reactions are getting slower. Don't have as much time either.
Nah nah he got his cheat engine from TEMU
All the parries come in 2s so maybe the script was turned on at certain points
This dbz song slaps
Man I wonder what stupid reasons that dude have to keep his cheats lowkey 😂
I dun understand... how does one cheat.... I mean... isn't Modern setting enough?
I actually played him the other day he was using a di script as ryu the lengths people go to just to seem good at the game
0:50
is that Dragonball music i hear?!! what game did that track come from??
I was thinking the same thing, I think it's raging blast but not 100% sure

I was willing to believe in him until he blocked you and changed his name.
Used the boostgg thingy and a bad cheat...lol
HAHAHHAHHA the cheat into block OS
Reddit: YOU JUST MAD BECAUSE YOU BEAT HIM, HES NOT CHEATING .
