- Flight 1 from Los Angeles to Honolulu

Aircraft N399HA "Kūmau"
October 20, 2019
00:00 - Intro
00:21 - Pushback & Engine Start
02:46 - Takeoff

39:00 - Landing
Another flight to Hawai'i! Decided to fly from Los Angeles instead of Seattle. Prices were a deal from LA!
Unfortunately, the aircraft sat all night so I the windows were covered with water as you can see during pushback. I cut most of the taxi because the water just ruined the shot.
We departed from Terminal 5 and taxied to the north side of the airport and departed on Runway 24L. Hit a few bumps on climb out. You can see the engine wobbling back and forth. Great engines sounds and a view of the California coast. We finally made the turn toward Hawai'i off the coast of Lompoc.
Due to the winds, we were assigned Runway 4R. We followed an ANA A380 (Honu paint scheme) on approach. You may catch a glimpse of it on the approach.
All in all, another great flight on Hawaiian. The crew in the cabin were amazing! Can't wait for another trip back home in the near future.
I like how the trent 700 takeoff sound slowly rising up the thrust than other type of engines
Incredible wingview and sound
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video! Stayed tuned for the Honolulu to Seattle video
Dang looks like it barely got off the ground by the end of the runway! Great video
35:32 water looks amazing
Where was the ANA A380? I couldn’t see it during approach landing
43:35 and 43:54
That was a long take off roll, she must have been heavy!!
Trent 700 does the job for flying :D
Its obvious the usage of rudder to adjust heading couple mins after take off 👏🏻
Btw what cam u used here?
