I just switched from Ion Creme Bleach to this one. I've liked this so far. To be honest, I like the lift and quality of the hair a bit better after the Ion bleach, but it swells LIKE CRAZY and it was just such a mess. That being said, that Ion Creme (not the power-no one at home uses the powder) has been the holy grail for at home hair dyers for 10 years. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on it.
@@MirellaManelli ion creme swells a lot. I like their shampoos and conditioners (they have some dimethicone free ones which is great for my curls). Ion permanent and semi permanent dyes are AWFUL. I haven't tried their powder bleach but I've heard it's not great.
I just came from seeing a few other of your lightener videos, and I notice a lot of the swatches don’t get lighter than a 7/8 I’d like to mention I believe typically the pre made hair swatches aren’t using raw unprocessed hair, meaning your not getting a true reflection of lifting capabilities, typically the hair used for swatches has been steam treated or processed in some way that affects the way the hair accepts and processes with chemical color treatment, I would say get some raw virgin Indian bundles from the temples and greate your own swatches because I’m sure a lot of these already tested lighteners can get to a level 9/10 in one go with a foil
Hey Mirella, I love your videos! I was wondering if you could do a video on the Davines lighteners? I love that brand for products, but never used their color products. Same with the brand Evo. I think it’d be cool to delve into these international brands! 🖤
I am really really intrigued on Ugly Duckling. Can you possibly do a bleach test on that bleach. They have a dark root bleach AND a bond plex one Please!
Is there any way to go back to my natural ashy brown hair (maybe level 6) after using a level 4 box dye for a few years? Would I use a colour remover and then tone it and then put in a new box colour closer to my natural?
I've watched all of these as I am planning on bleaching my hair in preparation for a red to gold ombre coloring. Since my close to my head and mids will be going from Level 4-5 to Level 5-6, would I be safe with a Level 7/8 bleach and would I then need to tone it before the ombre coloring?
Using 40 Vol. With most lighteners especially Powder tend to overactivate the product and the oxygen is released too quickly to be absorbed and most of the oxygen out gasses to the air and too much activity is on the cuticle layer which can cause oxidation damage to the cuticle and less lightening of the melanin.

I've swopped to cream lightener which doesn't seem to have the swell issue that powder has and is gentle on scalp I like wella softblonde.why don't professionals use cream lightener it's just as good at lifting to level 9/10
I love your test videos soo much 😍 it‘s always like a new episode of my favourite tv show coming out 😄☺️
Glad you enjoy it!

You think Bondbar swells a lot? Or the ion swells? After testing a few ion products, they haven’t been my favorite in integrity

I want to go from a level 2 to a level 10 in one step.
Blonde bar, i believe is a Henkle brand.
@@jadestone1307 Henkel does not own or manufacture Bondbar.
You can tell this isn’t genuine bc of the sponsor
