- The home automation circuit is built around an Arduino Uno board, Bluetooth module HC-05 and a 1-channel relay board. The number of channels depends on the number of appliances you wish to control. Arduino Uno is powered with a 12V DC adaptor/power source.

your outcome is different to your circuit diagram, in your diagram the arduino is powered by the 220V AC but in your actual circuit it's powered by 9V DC. Is there any chance of getting the diagram with the physical switch and 9V DC adapter?

No bro you should have extra relay modules. But it is possible for 3 bulbs at a time to work with single relay module

i have bought 12 v i can observe the green light turning on and off.but bulb is not glowing i checked connection

I'm pretty sure you can. It seems both the switch and Arduino is connected to the same terminal on the light bulb, so arduino can turn on the lightbulb, regardless if the switch is off. U could think of it as a OR gate
Problem is, if the light switch is on, then it cannot be turned of via the app, it needs to be done by the light switch. And same if the app is on, the app is only way to turn off.

It works with 230v A / C supply. If desired, a 12v D / C supply can be provided and a 12v adapter can be connected to this.
