Q: "Gusto ko po sana itanong kung 3 days hindi kana pumasok at kinabukasan nag pasa kana ng resignation letter as immediately at tinanggap naman nila. Ang problema po is AWOL na po ang nangyare so bale nag bigay parin po ako ng resignation letter as a formal, ang pinaka gusto ko po malaman is si employer ayaw magbigay ng COE, ano po pwedeng maging action sa case na ito?"
