Atty. sana masagot nyo po tanong ko. ano po ba ang bayad kapag pumasok ng sunday? monthly rate po ako. pero ang ginawa ng HR namen eh dadagdagan lang kame ng 30% since bayad na daw kame ng sunday kase monthly kame. 130% yung pay pero since bayad na daw po kame, 30% lang yung ibabayad daw po. salamat sa pag sagot
Hello po Sir Good day, May tanong lang po ako sana mabigyan ng pansin. Ang partner ko po ay nag resigned na sa work na pinagtatrabahuan nya because of personal matter, he worked for 5 years. Ngayon po nag apply sya sa other work and isa sa mga requirements nya ay kumuha ng Certificate of Employment, tanong ko lang po makakakuha po ba sya ng COE kahit may outstanding loan pa po sya sa agency? Napasa na kasi nya ang resignation nya 5 months ago tapos wala po syang nakuha na separation fee etc kaya akala Niya okay na yung loan doon na lang kukunin sa separation fee na di nabigay sa kanya, ngayon kasi needed ng future company Niya ang COE Pero di daw magbibigay ang agency nya dahil sa outstanding loan kung tutuusin meron naman syang savings sa agency. PS: Wala po syang ginawang Mali sa company & agency, maayos rin syang nag resigned kaya needed namin maliwanagan po. Salamat.
