Two dollars twenty-seven cents January 17th, 2006. Here in a diner with my friends talking about how the year went. A few years later, I walk in. Its really sad to see all the comments are from 8 to 10 years ago.... I hope people still listen to these guys. Their music did so much for me.

Was listening to this album with my best friends on a late night drive back home to CT from Cape Cod, Mass. It was our last hoorah before going off to college. This song came on and, man, it makes me so sad, but it makes me love my best friends that much more. I never want to lose them.
Hey man. Are you still close with that group of friends? I felt the same as you at the age of 18. Now I'm 31 and we've all drifted apart. Life got in the way.

I’ve graduated high school and college since this song has come out and I’ve always remembered the lyrics “you’ll always end up right back where you left” and it’s crazy how after moving three times and even to another state 700 miles away I’m right back in the same town I left.
