Thank you Presello for listening to your viewers you removed the words appearing in the videos and the shots not shaky anymore. Julia's presentation are enough to carry the house tour. 😊
Very nice house. I love it. Another great presentation from Julia as usual . I love her video. She don't rush it always calm . Keep it up and i can't wait for the next one.
PROS: I like the exterior design specially the welcome fountain, that is a real highlight compared to others. I like the interior as well, there is a touch of simplicity on the building and elegant on the furniture's that is perfect combination. It's great having solar panels, swimming pool with patio and I love the location! CONS: The main door is small; foyer was too big and where is the living area? From Maid's Quarter they have to walk in foyer and dining area first before reaching Kitchen, why? The Laundry room is on the opposite side of Kitchen, why? The Outdoor backyard is on the opposite side of Kitchen, why? Patio was small and the walkway to outdoor backyard was too tight, why? On the Master's Bedroom, what is that Walk-in T&B instead Walk-in Closet? 🤣 Whoever plan this house for sure he didn't use Bubble Diagram and Space Matrix properly.
@@kathrineespina2169 I actually realized 3 more. The Kitchen doesn't have a Kitchen Door that would give easy access from Parking. The gym has its own T&B and the overlooking view, but the Guess room don't have. If this is built to live in and not just for a Vacation House, why sharing bathroom above 😅 You know what, Studyante ata nag-plano nito 🤣🤣🤣
I agree almost completely with you. From my point of view, there is another major and very important CON: the solar batteries need to have ventilation, therefore is not recommended to have them in an enclosed space. I would have left that space for a guest bedroom and used the first room next to the entry door as a home office. I am also not a fan of the bathroom layout, as the first thing you see is the toilet, and the furniture style (but that is personal taste). I love the Mediterranean feeling of the exteriors though.
Yes! Proud owner of a PV system powered house here! Three 1.5hp A/C, 2 refrigerators, 1 air cooler, 6 electric fans, and plenty more appliances. That 80% to 90% savings is a humble estimate. We only pay Php 35 for a month's worth of electricity. If not, we only go as high as Php 150 to 300 during cloudy/rainy season. 😁😁😁 Edit: We have 4 batteries that are bigger than those in the video.😁
Exterior looks great..location is awesome..Interior sucks definitely in need of renovation to compete in today's market for around the same price range. 💯
Location is perfect.. I would gut and reconfigure the house layout.. it’s a bit disjointed.. especially the horrible access to the outdoor eating area..
@ 6:57 with Julia mentioning those jars from the looks of it has the relevancy of a "Mason Jar" those are great for Iced teas and such. Also @ 8:30 Good to finally see coverage of of an "Outdoor Kitchen" layout. Presello is on point at pointing out these American style amenities that are usually overlooked or completely missed out by other channels. MasterBuilt is a good brand. I personally use a Traeger and an assortment of flavored wood pellets as I do a lot "Cold smoked" fish. Masterful work Julia!
For now you got good views and it's airy, but when your neighbors started to build their own houses next to yours, most of it if not all, will be gone. And Imagine when your pool is directly in view of your neighbors because you don't have walls/ landscape..(it'll be another costs). Privacy is important. Walls cam run up to P500K or more based on the specs of the property and how tall you want the walls gonna be when you're about to have a neighbor.
Julia's presentation is fine, but the house in my opinion is not that well thought off, or the interior planning is not that....well planned. The living room is forced...the laundry area and staff room is in the same area/floor as the LV and 1st BR, the dining is in the middle of two function rooms ..the kitchen and the gym..there are no open space to roam. And what's with that little path going to the backyard/outdoor area?...not senior or child friendly at all!
Obviously you're not used to this kind of classy speaking, if she's drunk why would she host for a house tour video?, use your brain if there's any, and just shut up.
A dream house for most introverts and people who want to unwind. Definitely a perfect home.

Exactly my thoughts! I was excited at the beginning but it just gets worse. I mean I love the vibe, but it needs major renovation for sure.

Ohhh so that's how the batteries should be placed. Now I know, Thanks for that!
