It would be helpful to know the real material used. Colors don’t matter as they can always be changed or repainted, but the building material needs to be described accurately: is it concrete? Stone? Marble? Granite? Formica? What specific type of wood? Please be more specific about the actual things that matter.

The exterior of this house looks stunning but the interior is too white. If could have been better if they use the same color for the bedroom doors like the main front door’s wooden design.

I’m sorry Jul, but that water tower is a dealbreaker. Will that be removed someday soon? What is its purpose there? Does it belong to a homeowner neighbor? Water towers belong in BF Homes, not Nuvali.
I dont think it will ever be removed. Kng di ako nagkakamali reserved water xa para sa subdivision unless walang problema sa tubig ung lugar.
For the price..I can see a lot of issues with the design and execution...liit nun entrance, ung paint nun front door is problematic, there are brown things in the corners of each step in the stairs, the ceiling of the carport could have had a better design. I am sorry but I am not expecting those issues for this price point. Plus normally minimal issues cannot be easily seen on video, but here they are very obvious..
