Seven nation army is played on tuned down guitar. It's no a bass line, & it's definitely not in the greatest.

Ibrahim you're an amazing bass player and I really enjoyed this video, but if you don't mind, I'd want to help you with your English a little bit. You can't say "cuted", that is an incorrect past form of the verb "cut". You can say "the video was cut" or "the video had to be cut due to copyright issues" and "the uncut version". Have a nice day!

Love how ‘easy’ the main riff of Schism is. One of the first bass riffs I learnt but still my favourite to play.

Not a Bassist myself, but the ones I personally love the most are "Mayhem - Life Eternal" and "Rammstein - Seemann"

I may be showing age just a bit; but was really surprised that there was nothing from Geezer Butler, John Paul Jones, or John Entwistle (three out of four reasons (Cliff Burton being the other) I picked up the bass as a kid). Klaus Voormann was also one of those who was overlooked and under-rated

Woah. For quite possibly the first time in my life, I saw someone play something that I actually already know how to play. I know it isn't much, but I actually learned the intro to spiders when I was messing around with open strings and major 9ths one day.
Addicted to that Rush by Mr. Big is a must, one of the best lineups in music history

One I'd definitely count and one of the greatest basslines is the solo at the start of "Day Of The Baphomets" by the Mars Volta.
Oh, and "Nobody Weird Like Me" by RHCP has an incredible bassline too

Great stuff dude! You should do easy, intermediate and advanced solos band by band. Megadeth, Metallica, pantera, ect and do a couple songs on each band per video. That would be sick
From Megadeth, i think one of the greatest bass line or song is Bad Omen, really nice job from Dave Ellefson in that song and album
Mustaine turning his back on Ellefson during his lowest moment after 40 years as a friend is probably the most low fucking thing I've seen a band member do to another in a major band.

If you were into pop punk during the late 90s or early 2000s the most iconic bass intro of the time was chick magnet by mxpx. Later on it was new found glory sincerely me.
Lots of great riffs props to geddy of course I think testament was my favorite and just for the record Black Sabbath into the void

Imo the best bass line ever has to be hands down ramble on by Led Zeppelin it shows that a heavy rock band like led zeppelin can produce sophisticated and interesting music and John Paul Jones is the perfect musician to bring out the absolute most out of an instrument like that
