Jimin is sooo good. I wish they gave him more of the high notes and vocals like this and featured his dancing more. He’s the most captivating on stage. He has crazy stage presence.

"Danger" is one of my favorite early choreography by BTS. The synchronization is insane. And I love Tae's expression when he's in the center, so on point. No wonder he's become such a great actor. His acting is amazing in IU's latest MV "Love Wins All".
These 7 boys from BTS in these song Danger they played their role well in here if it's a movie.And their voices fits so well in every verse they'd sung.
Watching you watch this for the first time is like looking in a mirror, lol. This song was one of my favorites when I first got into BTS and I loved the dance. I never was too into watching people dance. Watching BTS made me realize how MALE dancing can be when they dance so aggressively and with such large motor movements. Also with regard to the Danger video, Taehyung is wearing a wig which ciuts but he also happened to cut some of his bangs which were under the wig which is what upset him.

When you asked if they were truely saying that...yes they were and it was part of the innovations they brought to the industry (rawness and authentic selfwritten lyrics)...with time they learnt to balance and not be that misogynist or chauvinist. They were just a reflection of their culture but they wanted to heard by other cultures (2014 was their first "world tour")

I always found this song a bit scary - so angry, all that that angst and warning. But I found that when you listen deeply it actually about vulnerability and being hurt by someone you care about. I tend to fin these expressions of BTS' emotion are often very male, but also a softer male expression than we often got in the west. Of course, there's also a whole generational difference for me too. It fascinates me.
A morsel of fun, too. When V cut his fringe he was supposed only to cut the hairpiece. He failed, and cut the fringe too!
The boys often list Danger as one of their most demanding choreographies, but I think that all their early work was tough. It had to be because they absolutely had no choice in order to get attention and stay in work, not just as a group but in fact as a company. I'm so glad you check the dance practice too. Those really give us a chance to see details that sometimes get missed by show producers etc. I came to BTS out of idle curiosity, thought the music was interesting (because I like stuff not in English and enjoy exploring all that) but good grief, the dance! Not a dancer, but have an interest of over 50 years, and I love precision.

I swore I wouldn't have a bias for literally years and had to finally admit a couple years ago that Jimin is my bias. Still OT7 for life, but Jimin though...and JK....and Jin....and Yoongi....and well, the entire vocal line and rap line.
They mentioned that it was their hardest choreo at the time until Idol and Idol was the hardest choreo until 'On' in 2020. Please check it out next. There is a Music Video, which has a story and a performance video titled 'On : Kinetic Manifesto film'. Make sure to include both!

Hey Lory. Have been closely watching your journey down the Bora rabbit hole, and while it's always fascinating to see non-kpop locals take the tumble down, watching an skz fan become an ARMY has been pretty interesting too. And this is not me trying to put anyone down, but I know that SKZ and BTS music are poles apart. Having said that, I truly appreciate you braving into the fandom, which I'm sure was pretty daunting at the start.
I have a small suggestion though. I know it'll be a lot of work on your part but to fully appreciate a song, try doing it this way. Official MV + Dance Practice + LIVE Performance.

When you watch these guys...the way they gel together in everything - they were meant to be. Once in a lifetime...maybe twice if you are lucky, you get to witness something that is phenomenal - BTS is one of those 'once in a lifetime' happenings.

omg i saw that you're premiering the blood sweat & tears reaction (by the time you must have watched it) and i am so excited to see your reaction to it since it is one of my top fav BTS songs (and JIMIN owned that ERA in my opinion)
This song was came out in 2014 and watching the boys in this MV how young they were here, my 2nd bias JK with no tattos and lips piercings yet such a baby here and of course he is the baby of BTS ,My ultimate bias Suga with his red hair looks like the smallest of them here ,it amazed me how his looks evolved over the years the more he is getting older the more he became more handsome and so attractive especially with his long hair, and RM so young also and so cute with his blond hair , jhope with his brown hair , Jimin & V were so so young too and Jin who's the eldest of them then and now still the same , he is like forever young to me ,Jin through the years remain unchanged WWH then and young and still WWH now and still the same , theres no sign of age of 31 of him now. But one thing for sure remained unchanged for the 7 boys over the years that even they are grown up now and very successful ------- their ATTITUDE. They still humble, generous as each of tgem doing still donations to here and there needy establishments. I do really believe that. That's what makes them differ to other groups ATTITUDE is the keyword why they are very successful until now.

So cool! There is a Japanese MV of this too. I hope u watch. But u can do it on ur own they block those vids often. The visuals were perfect!!! So glad that u loved the song too. And yep V cut his real hair in the MV by mistake he was supposed to have cut only the wig. =0p Poor V. This was from the Dark & Wild album. Their 1st full album. “Danger” is the title track from the album “Dark and Wild” (2014), their first studio album. The album describes that period between adolescence and young adulthood. It was recorded in the US while they were filming a reality show. They also recorded in the same studio in LA where the choir and the UCLA Bruin Marching Band recorded their part for “ON” and other songs in “Map of the Soul 7”. I don’t even know how they did it because they were exhausted. There are footage of them sleeping in the studio while waiting for their turn to record. Anyways, this album is great. My favorite songs are “Rain” (I really really want you to listen to it), “Cypher part3” of course, “What am I to you” (might be my favorite RM intro) and “Let Me Know”. You’ll hear snippets of the songs during the Rise of Bangtan 💜

There is something so satisfying about the sound of their feet all hitting at the same time. It’s one of my favorite things about dance practices. And dance practices are one of my favorite things about K-pop.
I’m a Jimin bias and Yoongi came for me hard this past year. Wrecker is an understatement. Who I’m wrecked by depends on what’s going on. Suga, V, and RM have all been a wrecker at times for me.
