The Perron family lived in the house for 10 years! The movie doesn't even come close to what really happened to the family. Andrea, the oldest daughter, wrote a 3 book series called "House of Darkness, House of Light" The Warren's involvement made things worse. There are videos made at the real "conjuring" house. You should watch some of those!

@@lilybrown5377 The Warren's showed up without the Perrons knowing. There were a bunch of other people filming and recording. Intrusive. Lorraine was antagonizing the spirits that were feeding on the family's fear and anxiety. Caroline was thrown across the room. Roger decked Ed and threw them all out of the house. The haunting never stopped.
Do you realize that the Warrens are a fraud? The actual family living there had said that never happened anything like in the movie to them, it’s obvious that in an old house like that there’s gonna be something weird but nothing like the Warrens said, it’s a great movie and should stay like that

The actual story of Bathsheba is completely different than what Lorraine told in the movie, and in real life. Bathsheba actually had nothing to do with why the land was haunted but Lorraine made the story much worse. There’s actually a guy here on YT who did a video I believe last year where he interviewed the real Andrea Perron, and Andrea herself stated that Lorraine exaggerated the story of Bathsheba.
It’s not true that Bathsheba had nothing to do with the Perrons and everything. She lives there and she lost three children before they reached 5. also one toddler died while she was there. People hated her and defaced her grave many times. Do something was up with her.
The way the the actual family this event actually happened to (yes, you can even visit the actual conjuring house, there is an insane amount of activity still happening there) said that the movie doesn't even do justice to how scary it actually was. They couldn't even put some of the events that happened to the real family in the movie because it would made it Rated X (the next step up from rated R).

11:25 that used to happen to me when I was younger...... and of course I can't even to this day I got to sleep with my feet curled when I was yanked off the bed I had a handprint on my ankle it looks like a burn mark but it didn't hurt....... and now since I moved into this house as you can see the title of my name this house is extremely active I've been featured on nukes top 5 fearsome top five and slapped ham there's a three biggest channels on TH-cam when it comes to like ghosts caught on tape........ I had a bunch of videos and a bunch of pictures but I lost my phone....... so they just featured the ones I've got on my channel right now..... I had the Ghost Adventures team from TLC come over we'll need to do an episode........ but they were going to give me $20,000 but then they said some s*** I already thought they were fake and I told him it doesn't just happen on command and then they said don't worry this is TV if nothing happens we'll make something happen and then I was like no I'm not down with that...... and a show on Netflix I'm not going to name it it's in its third season now..... they were going to come over and do the same thing they were supposed to give me a bunch of equipment cameras all kinds of stuff but they never did so I didn't let him come back...... but as soon as I get cameras and stuff I'm going to start uploading more videos

I enjoyed the movie but definitely wasn't scary. I knew who the Warren's were since I was a child because they were kinda popular for paranormal investigations. Yes, you are correct that one of their cases involved Amityville. The room with all of the haunted objects became a museum for people to see, i think it's still around. The real Lorraine Warren was in the audience during the lecture scene, you'd probably recognize her because she's the oldest one there. Her style was exactly the same as it was in the movie during the 70s, yes she really did look like a magician sometimes 😂. According to something I read people who have antagonize the Annabelle doll while at the museum ended up badly injured or dead, coincidence? I don't believe in coincidence but....I guess will never know😏🤷🏾♂️

i love horror movies, i just won't watch the original exorcist, i was a kid when i was supposed to be in bed and i was crouched on the side of the couch when the part came on with her head, i got up and ran to my mom screaming and crying. i won't watch hereditary, again, that movie honestly gave me nightmares, and scared me cause they used real emotions unlike some horror movies you see where the emotions look really fake, alot of people said that movie scared them. i don't like clowns either, but i'll watch IT before those 2. i've seen all the IT movies, original and the remakes.
