Yall sure ain't gasoline mechanics. 😂
That art mural of a tractor trailer will play on repeat in my mind as long as I live! I am blown away with the quality and detail! 👍👍
love how honest dave is because actually tells you the prices of what he buys stuff for. keep being your awesome self dave!
That paintjob on that truck is so incredibly detailed, what a piece! I'm kinda glad you didn't buy it because you would destroy it lol, that is definitely a one of a kind mastery.
You could park that winch truck atop Alan's mountain. He can jury rig it into a cablecar system to bring water, freight, and people quickly up the mountain.
Enjoy everything you all post, but especially the rescues and purchase videos. I know Hans gets a lot of grief, but I would hate to know how much Dave would be out without his only real "no man" standing beside him when he starts looking at the toys! Peace.
Wow that’s a crazy cool paint job on that rig 🤩 I wanna see more of the truck inside the trailer 🔥
Love the universal face made when trying to listen and feel an engine start, while you make adjustments.
The old tank big block was probably OK initially. Needed a little more TLC. Needed some oil moving through before hitting it with the evil starting fluid. Alan's used to starting diesels, not gas. Looking forward to the content as always.
Trying to start it has brought back a flood of terrible memories in my 54 years...
I used to live in cache valley. Spent numerous hours with my boys in some of these rescue locations. Found you guys about a month ago and can’t stop watching. Surprised our paths didn’t meet back when! Haha!
That arted out semi feels like it belongs in an automotive museum for the sake of preservation.
Holy cow, I remember when Dale Ison's Dragon Master was making the show circuit in the early 2000's. Talked to him at a show and he was telling us that he spent over 100k on the airbrushed paint job. The Chevy inside is called the Heroes truck and is a military themed/9-11 tribute. The first time I saw the truck he a 98 Ford F150 stepside that matched the semi truck. Dale was a logger from Ohio.
I'm fairly certain that the van's Road wheels, Idler, Final Drive, and tracks are from an M113 Armoured Personnel Carrier, or even like the M548 Tracked Load Carrier (TLC or Tilly) you have/ had. The gap between the second and third Road wheels, and the length of the track points towards TLC. The track is the old single track pin type. The new track has 2 fixed pins and are held together with collars, similar to tanks. The hull at the front looks familiar due to the cylindrical extrusions. The M113 started with a petrol (cough...Gas) V8. Australia put a V6 diesel Cummings into theirs. Australia has heavily modified them now.
Dave out here buying all these tweaker built death traps 😂
Someone seeing that caravan going down the highway would think you had just come from an insurance auction. You got some good scores at good prices. Congrats.
hey Heavy D, this is Tony from Connecticut. I am a big fan of your show! The diversity in your business model is very inspiring. Keep up, living the dream that you've created!
Dave
What can I say! You guys are having wayyy to much fun. Cheers from the desert SW USA!
Love the channel, it set all the good you do for the community , like cleaning up abandoned wrecked cars and trucks. I was especially touched when you helped the family of the missing woman try and find her remains
