Arizona Governor Visits Mesa Arizona Temple

“The renovation is just incredible,” said Arizona Governor Doug Ducey after touring the newly renovated Mesa Arizona Temple with Elder Ronald A. Rasband of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Senior Church leaders also host tours for Phoenix interfaith groups prior to a public open house.
The public open house begins on Saturday, October 16, 2021, but invited guests are among the first this week to see the interior and exterior improvements that have been made to the almost 94-year-old iconic temple over the past three years.

My husband and I who are LDS can the opportunity to drive around the temple, as it was being renovated once, when we were down there for work. We live in bountiful, Utah. It was beautiful then also. We haven’t had an opportunity to go inside though. Thank you to any and all! Thank you to the governor of Arizona also.

They were wearing masks ~ it looks like they just removed them for interviews. And why should they have to if they are vaccinated? And who are you to know their personal medical record of whether or not they are vaccinated?

Calvin Burke. What if they have asthma and a mask would kill them? What if they don't want to? Masks apparently aren't very effective because people including myself got the virus while wearing masks.
