Nissan Frontier No Crank No Start No Communication Fix

This 2006 Nissan frontier 4.0 v6 was towed in with a no start, no crank, no com problem, no communication to the engine computer, abs module, or body control module,
Luckily it was a quick and easy fix, thanks for watching FixItPhillip, hope you enjoy the video and who knows it may help someone!
when diagnosing a electical issue, I'd recommend checking the easy stuff first like fuses, connections ect... an overall quick inspection to see if theres any obvious problems. And try not to get tunnel vision when it comes to electical diagnosing.

I think I've got a same issue with Nissan Navara D40 it won't start all the relays and fuses are good no other problems and all the light perfectly on in dashboard but the car won't start. But hopefully this video will help me to start my car and back to the road again soon 👍🏾

Good to know about the fuse block, I would have found that LAST. Interesting that a 80A fuse blew, but good it went instead of everything else downstream.

They jumped it backwards. A low battery and just so conveniently that fuse is blown. It is probably easy to do being that neither side is labeled red to help someone recognize which side is positive. I have done it before, and learned my lesson to either look for the side with fuse block or follow the wires to see who goes to chassis ground, and who goes towards the fuse box.

hey, i have an 08 frontier LE, im getting 4wd warning light coming on once i start in 2wd but not in 4wd, i've scanned it with the same scanner you have and got u1000 code multiple times . I've switched out the 3 TC sensors and changed the oil. I've checked all the grounds i could find, but it still wont solve the issue, any suggestions ?

I’ve got frontier 2007 and it off and on does a no crank, no start. Any suggestions on why? I actually live in Kauai so if you’ve got a shop I’d love to bring it by sometime.

Check the ECM relay they have been known to work off and off
Other issues can be o2 sensor usually bank 1 to stalling while driving
Also the radio not working correctly

Where in NC are you? I live 20 miles from Charlotte. I have 2010 Frontier and occasionally turn key and nothing works, no lights, trip odometer resets, radio looses stations and clock. Wait awhile, sometimes 5 minutes last time a day, turn key and starts like nothing wrong. Usually go couple weeks before doing again. Thought maybe ignition switch bad so replaced that, no luck. Any ideals???

Sounds like the neutral safety switch may be bad or a shift linkage issue
