That's pretty remarkable to only gain 3 lbs over the holidays. High 5! I have not been on keto since I went to the Bahamas over Thanksgiving. I just can't seem to get my groove back. I'll tell you though, my body is not liking this. All of my pre-keto ailments are back. Although I don't like the 15# weight gain, all of the pain I'm experiencing is far worse. I cannot wait to get back on the keto train. Count me in on the January challenge.
I’m so in! I’m snow birding for two months from Ohio to Florida January and February so it’ll be tough because us seniors like to party! LOL I make my carnivore days super simple. But I’ll be walking, weight training and golfing so I’ll be active. I think I’ll also try for 10,000 steps. Good luck everyone!

Hi. I also live in Michigan. I have walked in the rain , snow and occasional sunny days for years. Weather can’t stop a determined 64,year old to get at least 10,000 steps in. Love keto and love walking. Thanks for the videos, great job.

I have kidney stone issues, one time before keto I had 6 blasted at once. It was awful. My urologist said no to meat. I went on keto not too long after and haven’t had any problems. I was told 2 years ago I still have one stone in there but nothing has happened with it. I really think it’s more oxalates that caused them so I try to keep my oxalate intake very low.
I have had that and it tastes great but I can’t have it because of the corn fiber dextrin. It’s one of those food that irritates my joints. My grandkids love it though
Since I am registered for six more weeks of coaching, I am also going to do the 3 days carnivore/4 days ketovore as well. I did not gain weight over Christmas and I am so grateful for that eight weeks of coaching! Pancakes for breakfast tomorrow!

We have one of those old Bow Flex machines. I want do that and ride the stationary bike. My husband has a rowing machine too. So, I’m excited to step things up a bit. I let myself slip up too much at Christmas. I Feel so much better off of sugar.Glad Ed is doing better. 🙂

Also, planning to add a few days at the gym doing strength training to add to my daily hour of yoga. I have no plans to add anything back into my diet, but I'm also not quite finished losing weight either. Carnivore is my lifestyle now and I'm happy with all the results. I agree 100% with Paula. Keep away from oxalates. 2 of my sons have had them and they are fine now.
