I’m finding the quality of driving in this race much better and I’m a B SR and only been driving a month since VR2 launched. Really struggled my first two races today with the tyres! Race 1 nerfed someone and we both ended up at the back so I coasted the whole lap with him and gave the place back which got a huge kudos in reply. Race 2 went for a move up the inside on the final corner and just nudged him into the wall so gave the place back on the line for 3rd place. He apologised for messing up the final two corners and said the accident was his fault but a bit of sportsmanship goes a long way I feel, especially if racing a whole evening with the same drivers. After that the racing has been immense and loads of driving two abreast.
I ended up in the Porsche too tonight. For the qualifying TT it was the fastest out of everything I tried because it's so balanced. I found that it's competitive at first, but as the tires started to wear its lack of top speed saw me getting reeled in at the end.
@@tezzabhoy1888 nah man it's waaaayy too early for that. PD aren't like that. It may still take a year or so but it will be in GT7. It already has like
@@modularinspiration This is the most sound advice. I've earned quite a few top-5 finishes from the bottom-5 just by letting things work themselves out. Safety rating got to "S" very quickly and I've been gradually climbing through the driver rankings.

Konsta one of the fastest on the game. He's an Olympic and a world finalist. He always race from the back in these races (daily races)

Only just started racing online on gt7, it's a lottery, qualify well and all the other drivers just use you as a braking assist 🤬

Get faster and win races?
Get ur SR up first by slowing down and really avoid hitting people even if they're the one initiating contact.
hang back, dont all dive bomb the first corner and you end up 50% better off in races... all a numbers game, give yourself better chances and odds
Learn to not hold grudges when people nerf you. Hang back on lap 1 and watch people over drive their cold tyres and drive through their ghosts.
