I'm glad you shared this video! Until I completed full maintenance on “my assistant”, I couldn't quite figure out why my base was always so dirty and why the vacuum seemed to be struggling during the self-emptying process. While cleaning, I discovered a surprising assortment of debris, including earplugs, paperclips, and piles of compacted dirt. It was certainly an eye-opening experience. Now that I know how to properly maintain the machine, I feel much better and relieved that I don’t need to purchase a new unit anytime soon. Thank you again for the helpful content!
You are the best!! I have had my L10 for a week, and I just was not finding the information that I needed to take care of the bot. With two shedding pets, it is best to stay in front of the maintenance. You video answered all of my concerns and showed me what I needed to do. (there was a lot of shed hair in this bot). Hello, I have the L10S ultra I have a problem is that as soon as I start my robot it repositions itself each time before starting its program, it does not start its program directly,Tell me if I press the on/off button for a few seconds will my map be deleted? Thank you very much
I carried out all the cleaning operations as in the video but when the robot is running I feel a continuous bad smell while cleaning, yet I cleaned everything very well. What could it be? What can I do?
I know they dont want u to add cleaning aid (other than the canister recommended) in the water, so i have started spraying the room with a bit of mild cleaner that also has a scent. Bare in mind this might voud warrantee....not sure. But my house also started to stink. Also purchased extra pads, so after each day (i have big house) i swop the pads for fresh ones. Try switching pads regularly to start off with if worried about warrantee. Hope it helps.
From all the vacuums you have been testing out Which one would you recommend for me. I don’t have carpet. and I don’t want to purchase. vacuum bags. Now would you happen to know if there’s a vacuum that has a roll?
My Dream L10s on the first day started saying "please clean filter". I thought it was the filter that was incorrectly placed at the factory. I cleaned the filter, reinstalled it and after 10 minutes it gave the same error again and stopped. Second attempt and everything worked fine. Third attempt, I wasn't at home, once again the robot stopped for no reason. In the App I asked again to resume. After a few minutes the robot was Offline and when I got home it was completely dead! 😑 First experience with a Robot Vacuum...
Anyone having the issue that the water wont come out of the mainstation? I can hear the pump running but nothing comes out. Once I press the button again it tries to suck out the water but ofc there is none. As a result it the station is also rather dirty all the time since it does not clean it when it cleans the robot.

Thanks to this video, I finally discovered that I could detach the scrubbing pad at the base station - revealing thick layers of accumulated dust! 😅😂
