The two most OP trees are motivator and the recruiter. Strategist Is only good if you play the games out. All the hybrid trees are terrible and don’t impact nearly as much as they should. Lastly the CEO and program builder are way too expensive given how specific they are to invest in. The best build I’ve come up with is to get all the base recruiter perks and fully max out motivator to where each position is getting the bonus xp. After all that is complete you can spend the last 60 or so points wherever you want. Master Motivator is insane getting the offseason training boost plus the increase XP across the board leads to players getting 99 ovr soooooo fast. It took me 3 years to get a 99 ovr defense with this build. The only downside to the build is your players develop so fast that they go pro early, aside from that this build is insane
now this is interesting. Tactician is WILD when you stack it with coordinators. I have a 93 OVR center that jumps up to a 98 for example. This is definitely one where you're gonna want to stack it with your coordinators as well.
Thank you for sharing! I may be in the minority, but I feel like motivator is a better skill tree. There are some nice abilities in Scheme Guru, but 50 is steep to access it.
I think there’s an argument for motivator tier 3 being cool but it always hurts paying essentially two tiers of “tax” to get there you know? But T3 motivator with T2 architect is interesting
My thoughts exactly @brianhulsizer8572... Fend, same; I hate having to pay the taxes to get to what I want... I haven't done this yet but I'm about to... Pay all taxes(through farming) to unlock max motivator, and architect... Here's my theory... IF you pay only the taxes to open arch and m motivator(Everybody Eats: Increases XP gains across the entire team, speeding up overall player development and ensuring your team progresses rapidly throughout the season.)... I believe the sky is the limit... Only going to tier three on each selection for the most players per category like OL=10+ players, WR/TE=8+, DL=8+, LB=6+, DB=8+... This per definition given for M tier 3 and MM tier 3 throwing the XP to everyone across the team while using arch to unlock caps per position meaning you'd have to unlock each except k/p(love em when we need them)... The thought is it would spread so much XP across your team that you'd have 85+/90+ Sophomores... Just a theory still...
Hey man I see alot of hate for you dude and idk if you have kids or basically how much other things you have going on but whatever else you are balancing thank you for taking the time to test these things bc though some take it for granted I do not have the time to run my dynasty and check all that I love the stats and analysis/ analytics just a time thing for me but just wanted to genuinely say thank you for all your videos I watch all of them and most times if I remember I like and leave a comment. Thank you man.
Something to take into consideration is the tactician boosts can help for position changes and gaining new traits each season. Really only like that with OL and DBs
Got a super boosted coach that has nearly everything but haven’t tried talent developer much yet. I don’t like paying two tiers of tax to get to the good stuff you know? But do like motivator tier 3 and architect tier 2
I recently paired architect with Talent developer and it's so OP. I did DBs and D line. It helps because when I play those two positions rack up sacks and picks where the bonuses work super well. There is a lot of the coaching tree that isn't required. I only have recruiting 2 levels, I only did motivator off season boost on OL, DL, and DB, and if I'm a large school I don't need my pipelines boosted either. I got the CEO auto commit boost and tactician for the remaining
I stacked a new coach with takent development and architect for my DBs and DL and it might be my new favorite build. Granted you have to play games and make plays with those position groups to maximize vs just simming, but those are the one positions I struggled having guys max out but not anymore and you also get some small recruiting buffs also.
I’ve started watching your videos and I’m loving your content, but motivator actually doesn’t seem to do anything. It’s just random, I’ve seen multiple tests done in it from the people on the Reddit. I’ve started skipping motivator and just focusing on recruiting and tactician as those atleast actually do something
Overall I agree with what your saying but one thing about tactician for me is the actual attributes that are increased. I think most of what tactician increases is not worth it. I like mostly the OL DL & LB trees. Don't think the other trees are worth it. Overall
I know this doesn’t have anything to do with video but I have a league going with 15 people and now people wanna realign conferences. I’ve done it once in a league with 6 people but when I did it messed up conference schedules. Like big ten had 4 conference games instead of 9 or 10.
sometimes i forget to go in the conf config and change the number of games. You really have to check every conf even if you move one team because this game is bugged af.
@@aldronyc9859I don’t notice a huge boost except when I have another assistant coach as tactician too. Then I get a +4 boost and that is noticeable, especially with WR blocking.

A couple things you over looked. 1. If you stack this with both coordinators it is a big boost to the team and players. 2. This is good for small schools that get a ton of players with low skill caps. You get to boost them over their normal potential and you small can play better than they should.
1. Not only is it not overlooked, it’s addressed specifically in the video 2. Has nothing to do with skill caps as the ratings boosts aren’t limited by the caps Appreciate the comment but coming off like that and being wrong is kind of crazy lol
