As a best friend of someone who is stuck in the vicious cycle I needed to hear these words realize I need support too. I can’t do this alone with him.
🙏🏼 Thank you for your vision and commitment to this channel that helps more people than you’ll ever know.

Hoping he's doing better now, and that your mental health hasn't been severely impacted by it

@@SMLGAMINGCHANNEL17 glad to see another attendee of the workshop 😊. I had been wanting to do meditation regularly for months, and watched lots of instructors /videos to motivate myself, but Tommy's approach gave me more of an impetus than ever. Day 2 of no tech for the first 30 minutes of my day AND morning meditation. Feeling physically better, even now

I hope you're doing better. Don't hate yourself, you're human, and the important thing is that you realised your addiction and wanted to quit. Hope you've managed to

OMG I think I'm addicted to food and water! CAN you help me with this?

Instead of telling us to attend meetings, why don’t you provide information like you’re supposed to do if you’re going to be uploading these videos. Otherwise why should I continue to watch? Almost seems like the people who do “addictive” behaviors know how to carry on better conversations, make more money and make better videos.

I think because social and group support/community is what helps.... I mean, were all looking to be filled with love. Drugs fill you up with those fake feelings.... we need each other
