The fall of Teddy Hart is always so sad. The guy had a lot of talent with the last name of a legendary family so, he would’ve had his foot in the door of any major fed in the world but, he just couldn’t keep his nose clean, literally and figuratively.
He went from extremely talented to oh shit what happened to you man dude was acrobatic as all hell but it went to his head and kinda ruined his reputation
@@kidwaryodproduction Bro... you can do it in No Mercy and Mania 2000 too. It's a taunt called "Fake diving attack". Not sure if you can do them in the WCW vs NWO games though... The move was innovated by Tiger Mask 1.
That haircut was pretty fucked up. On the "TNA: 50 Greatest Moments" DVD, Raven mentions that the sheep shears had no clipper guard AND was run upside-down. That means when you see James Mitchell shaving Raven's scalp, it's legitimately running the blades across his skin. That's why he's so massively bloody from it.

Teddy Hart vs Juvi sounds like the biggest back stage nightmare of all time Okay I just watched the match and Teddy Hart kicked out at 3.1 on a top rope Juvi driver. Same dude who kipped up on an injured leg and was fine. Teddy Hart is one of a kind crazy 12:24 Why are you even going to do a move that crazy if you're not going to win with it? Because you're not topping that
I'd also add Teddy Hart to the same description. It's sad cause they could have def gone very far in the biz - like on/in the big time. Instead, guys like that end up working Indy shows, cause that's all they can get booked; they've burnt so many bridges
Yeah. Juvi could have been a bigger name, but his rowdy and over-the-top behavior wound up becoming his biggest arch-enemy. A shame, since he's talented AF.
Cornette said the same thing. If you do it right and if you do it carefully and if you do it to where it still looks logical and not like a Cirque du Soleil routine , it works.
At least there's a modicum of selling and psychology in these spotfests, as well as WWE's fantastic cruiserweights at the time. Now it's like watching HCTP being played on TV, only at least the game registers that you shouldn't be surviving 10 finishers one after the other.
**In the voice of Dr. Manhattan:** "It's 2003, and im watching Chris Sabin vs Frankie Kazarian in TNA. It's 2023, and im watching Chris Sabin vs Frankie Kazarian in TNA".
I’m sad Marky didn’t mention the fact when Mitchell was shaving Raven’s hair, he was accidentally holding the razor backwards so he was cutting up the skin on Raven’s head the whole time.
I always thought Raven was sublime, and maybe even had a teenage crush on him. I even started wearing black biker jackets, and still do. Anybody noticed those leathers were ubiquitous in wrestling? As a MCMG fan of decades, it shouldn't surprise me that Sabin started out as such a blatant massive shitheel, but it still sort of does. In my mind he's categorised moreso as a mischievous, overly-cocky, sarcastic tweener.
Juvie always gets the crowd going. Just wish he hadn’t them going so much when the guy died in the ring with him in Mexico. Well, A Mexican promotion. On an even sadder note how talented was Teddy Hart? Dude was a prodigy. Too bad he was a prodigy at being a piece of sh*t too…

As long as the match is short and doesn't go on forever with a million ridiculous kick outs like an AEW match
The smack of the week segment is just gold
It’s the Black Snow impression that makes it for me
It's hilarious how Vince Russo towers over AJ. AJ is billed as 5'11" but is really 5'8" and used lifts in WWE
