Entered into the world of renewable energy in Korea a year ago and am actively learning about widespread contracts forms. As somebody who had been distanced from a construction background pretty much all his life, I find your channel as an outstanding learning tool striking a perfect balance between my ex-journalism career and the current one. Thank God I've found such a knowledgeable place to hang on to. I'll keep grinding myself to be a FIDIC expert in Korea. Thx bros.

Isn’t this the same as design and build procurement route?

Hi Lionel, they are similar but with a Turnkey project the contractor has more control over project management, schedules and budget allocation. All of which would traditionally be the responsibility of the client under the design and build procurement route

The animation is a bit of distraction to the audio.

Thanks for your comment, yes we agree and as a result we have now adapted the animations in our newer videos to remove the hand where it does not lend itself very well to the content :)

What happen when client don't know what he actually wants

When a client doesn't know what they want in a construction project, it can lead to confusion, delays, and potential dissatisfaction. In such cases, the construction team should prioritise clear communication, offer guidance and options, and work collaboratively with the client to help them define their project goals and preferences.
