Great job Karanvir, thank you to Maersk, your captain and of course you. You have informed and guided people to your industry. Just found this channel, I was in the merchant navy myself from 1978 to 1985 serving on oil tankers. You have done a brilliant job with your vlogs, very informative and entertaining.

Welcome home ...your car had army on the windshield .Dad is a faugi?..its so enjoyable seeing your vlogs ..Must say Maersk gives lovely accommodation with spacious toilet and day area for third mates. Now you've been promoted too ,,god bless waiting to see future vlogs ..i miss sailing alot..my husband used to also be tired after long months at sea and then sometimes long journeys home ..i remember we once signed off a capsize in south Philippines ..went to Manila then Hongkong then Bangkok finally Delhi and on to Chandigarh..I live in Chandigarh if ever you visit do drop in ..Ciao..your captain was really nice too as well as your crew xox

This brings back memories for me, from the day I signed off for the last time. It was 2 years ago, and I had been embarked on Maersk Edgar for 5 months. When I finally signed off and got home, I realized how much I liked being at home with my friends and family every day. Don't get me wrong because I loved being a seafarer, but the sacrifices that has to be made just tipped the scale for me. I am fortunate enough to be a danish citizen, so it was easy for me to just change career paths. For my asian colleagues things might not be as easy, as it was for me, so all my respect goes to you.
I have so much respect for the seafarers in general, because life isn't easy out there, and especially not now due to COVID-19.
I love following your channel, because it brings back my own memories from my time as a seafarer.

I have really enjoyed your adventures and documentaries. I am so sad and happy for you. Sad to see no more maritime adventures, but happy for you to be with familly. Once you have saltwater on you, you can't get rid of it, so I look forward to when you sign on again and take me with you around the world. Many decades ago this was a dream, but I lost it with all the other things that often take people from chasing something that they would later regret not following. Many blessings to you and your family. I want to see more and I know you will provide a different content now, but I will follow and always listen for the next call to the sea. Be well and take me back to the sea with you....................
