      My players are always unhappy about the low general team training .. but I've been giving them general team training everyday .. any help?

    There's SO much more to dynamics than this, but these are some good basic tips. The bottom line is that if you're winning, you can virtually ignore dynamics. And if you're winning and a player starts grumbling about wanting a new contract or something, you can usually ask your captain or assistant captain to talk to them, and 95% of the time they'll drop the issue. My #1 rule is just don't make promises. You can if you're absolutely certain you'll keep them, because that has a positive impact on dynamics when you do keep the promise. But otherwise, don't do it. Especially not during contract negotiations. In fact if a player is demanding a promise during contract negotiations and I can't remove it, I won't sign the player. Also be careful with praising or criticizing players individually. Basically I think you can make the same comment (praising training or conduct, criticizing training or performance) two game weeks in a row. If you do it a 3rd straight week, no matter what you're telling them they'll get pissed off, even if you were praising them every time. If you DO break a promise or have a player who gets super angry,. a lot of the time the only remedy is to transfer them out. The exception behing if they're angry about playing time, you can fix it by playing them, but usually if they're mad about not getting enough playing time they probably aren't good enough anymore for the playing time you agreed to when you signed the contract. I always try to get "Squad Player" unless I know for sure that they'll be starting for the entire length of the contract. Also don't reduce the agreed playing time during the contract. That's automatic angry player. But a little trick is to try to negotiate a new contract with less agreed playing time. Sometimes that works.

      You can usually drop playing time without an issue. I constantly have to push down to regular starter because they demand important player in contract renewals. Pretty much everyone agrees to it.

      If I buy two players for a particular position , do you think I should offer them regular starters in contract negotiation? Will they be happy with constant rotations?

    great video and usfull tips. I have a Small tip to share also... I've noticed if I fine a player for a poor performance... say under 6.5 rating in a game. The player will then reply by email, either accepting the fine or they will apologize. If they apologize, check there attributes, as their work rate or determination usually increased by 1 attribute .... which is a great bonus :)

    One thing that is supremely important for your team's dynamics is having players whom are Professional to Model Citizen to Natural Leader. The higher up on your leadership tree that they are the more influence they hold to the players beneath them.
    For example, Leipzig, a very talented team, is extremely weak on leadership. The team is relatively young but none of the older, more established players, particularly the team leaders or very influential players, have decent leadership skills. This leads to a lot of players quickly becoming unhappy due to a variety of issues and you will be spending a lot of time juggling talks with various players to try and keep them happy and motivated. This can all go sideways very fast and the team's performances will suffer and you might even have a mutiny on your hands. Add to that fact that the team has 16 or 17 players who have been promised starter's minutes and you have a recipe for disaster. Players who are competing for minutes will suddenly find themselves at odds with each other and will end up on their Disliked Players lists which really affects their play on the field.
    What I recommend is to try and find a good player or two with high hidden leadership attributes to transfer in. Usually a Rudiger (a starter) or a Thorsby (a solid squad player) can be a huge lift for a team and will keep the unhappiness to a minimum once they establish themselves in the team hierarchy.
    Also, and this id VERY important, if you find a player who is always unhappy or moody the best thing you can do is to put them in a mentorship group with one of your team's leaders, especially if that leader is Professional or higjer. If they establish a connection in that group and end up having that leader on their Favorite Players then they are less likely to let things get out of hand.

    I've manage to sign Adeyemi to AS Roma, in mid Season and sell and loan out some home grown/trained players which I forgot they was registered for Euro Cup II, when January re-register take place, I have no options but registered 3 slot just for home grown/trained replacement without Adeyemi and he started to confront me, whatever I said was to him he's still unhappy and other squad feel I was being unfair to him, I wonder if it can be fixed by the time goes by with winning a league or cup or not mate?

    How come sometimes you can put a player in the exact position and role you promised and they are still angry that they aren't being played in the correct position? So frustrating.

    I have three players (my 1st team goalkeepers). They are all unhappy with the general training, say the intesity is too low. Is it enough just to kick that up to double?

    This system is so bullshit. If I continue to play those players, they are going to get injury, and they still keep asking for more playing time...

    Most of my players have pre-concern -> Feels the squad is starting to lack depth up front. What should I do to rectify this? Should I buy a new striker?

    Hi, do you have any tips what to do with "treat the club as the stepping stone" promise and how to avoid it? Especially the mandatory selling clause, which is always too low, is decimating my young squad. I am desperate.

      After one season, try to sign a new contract with that player, usually they will not demand that same condition, if they say they still have enough time on the contract, try again in few months. That's the only way to deal with it...

      ​@@darioblagaic9523 Maybe I found something else. Usually I sign players 15-18 years old and they get basic "prospect" contract. Now when they get to the senior squad, I sign contract with clause "automatic extension after 10 games in last year of contract". So now I plan to ignore all demands for better contract, where is this "stepping stone" included, and just to wait for the extension. I am not sure, if the one extension is valid "forever" or it can be extend only once.

      @@vojtahebnar5535 yeah, that will work as well, but you may end up with a unhappy player, so you only solved part of the problem. And yes, the extension can only be activated once.
