Including the USS CARL VINSON CVN-70, where I served as the Flight Deck Chief for my Hornet squadron and we launched the opening salvos into Afghanistan after 9/11.

I am a Paramedic, Former Fire Chief and a DOD Civilian Contractor deployed overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan during combat zones years! I could not get in the military beyond my medical exam prior 9/11! I absolutely 💯 love my country of United States 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
the fact that you came forward and spoke to the families of those killed on 9/11 thus giving them some "closure" was very noble. I'm sure you got shit for it for stepping out of the shadows however given the magnitude of what happened it needed to be done. I salute you sir!

They would line us up and give us injections without even asking for permission from our parents. It was before I phones and they would send a car around with a siren and lights to get all the guys to their stations or planes. It woke up the whole family! I am so happy that you will be doing a podcast. I read your first book and will be ordering the next one.
I grew up swimming in northern lake Michigan all year. I'm surprised that they don't hold buds in Northern lake Michigan. I lived in San Diego and swam all year long . No wetsuit. Nice show. Thank you !

Thanks for looking out for my best friend Booty! I had no idea he was a Navy Seal. The only gun I ever saw him hold was a grease gun and the only thing he shot was a rivet through the wall into the AD shop. Thanks bro!
I saw the presidential address. I said a quick prayer thanking God, the SEALS and every other servicemember out defending the wall and carrying out their missions that night. I said a prayer for their safety, said a prayer for the families that lost someone on 9/11. Got up, called some friends I went to Iraq with. We all were very very happy. One friend even cried he was so happy. Then I called my brother (a veteran from Desert Storm). He came over, we opened a bottle of Knob Creek Kentucky bourbon I bought as a young Marine in 2001 while stationed at Camp Lejeune. Needless to say he had to crash at my house that night, no way he was driving as we finished off that bottle that night LOL. there was a lot to be happy about. The mission, none of us knew anything about, had been accomplished and with no American casualties. Thank you Rob, from the bottom of my heart. This country would cease to exist without warriors like you and the rest of our beloved Navy SEALS. Thank you all on Team 6. and thank you to all who served, sacrificed and never lost faith. All of our fellow veterans, alive or dead, celebrated with us that night. My brother and I talked all night about the bros we served with. We keep you with us wherever we go.

I remember the Russian cargo ship thingy.... I was on small boy in the gulf then.... "Non-Compliant" boarding... Actually,, we took some SEAL's on to do some night sniper thing, IDK... Our helo would take them up... I think they were only onboard for about a week... Nice stories! Good times!
