Would've definately helped with finding weapons on the ground. But probably also been a lot of clutter on screen. The way it's done in that level is undoubtly with an entity baked into the map.

I was really fascinated by the different AK-74u reload animation at 0:24. Your character kinda just sticks the mag in straight. They must’ve cut that out because AK mags can’t be inserted like that, they have to be rocked in, unlike an M4 or MP5 or like that animation.
In the original COD 4 you can headshot him with the Barrett but you don’t see the damage it cuts it out you get a black screen and CPT Price say something else which isn’t “shock and blood loss will do the rest” I think he says “oh he’s down” it’s been a long time since I’ve played and done it.

the Cobra Pilot missions are really cool, crazy how they would cut a pretty functional helicopter piloting section out.

how did you get access to these things?
I think there are few xbox 360 protypes available online which include these beta levels.
You can find alpha builds for the x360 online I'm just running it on an emulator

The "interior concept" and "bad guys" room reminds me of something out of Metro 2033.
Just looking at these test levels it reminds me of the Tony hawk build a park levels.
I like how without the background music most missions become uncanny in COD
