Hmmm.... if you can install the PSU cover, then you can hide the cables there. That's the purpose of it actually. Otherwise, you have no choice but tuck it in front of the case (bottom of the GPU).
You could have placed the fans towards the panel to avoid the cables since it would swap places with the radiator.
