Sir, should we invest in particular product depend upon it's inflation.
Say example property/plot inflation rate is 10% that means property value growing value is 10% per year. Is mutual fund growing rate is min 15%. Than why people perfered to go for property.

As per me mutual fund will give steady rate of 15 to 20%, where as the demand for land/property will increase since the property area on Earth is fixed. Please share your knowledge on this.
