thanks a lot GURU JI.. I have a little point...In report when companies apply Depreciation charges... So.. They also add appreciation benefits.....for example if a company bought a land of 5 crores.. And in 10 years that land cost appreciated up to 10 crores... Estimated..So.. This point also be considerd... I think so.. This will effect on the Book Value ratio.. Of company. .

Hello Sir..I hv watched your few videos. U have beautifully explained the concepts. Many thanks for it. I am from Accounts field. In one of my job written interview test recently i was asked question: If a company is profitable but no cash. What would be the reason for the problem behind that. What would be a profitable business run out of cash. Second question what steps to follow to control cost of the company and make company profitable.
For both questions seprate two balance sheets and p n l accounts were given. Can you please guide for answer by making any video on it or if already there u can share link. Thanks a lot for your help.
