    I had to do a lot of it in 75% speed, and even that was sometimes too fast :D great workout coach! Thanks!

    That was a great core workout coach...also loved the new pants...very shiny and new! The shirt is a winner too...looks great! The core muscles are definitely whining right now. BYW...my classes...every age...loved Shel Silverstein. I love him too... ageless entertainment for sure. Thank you Sean...as ever, Love, Lolly

    Hey Sean! Loved this workout, really felt my core burning. That straddle stretch is such a killer tho, do you happen to have a video for progression in that stretch?

    Day 17 of 30 in the books. Loved the staff pose twists-reminded me of Ivan Drago in the “Hearts on Fire “ montage.
    That poem was fire btw.

    Abs on FIRE!!! And since it was only 20 min long I had to add some 100 Leg drops from Glutes bridge and 90 Side lunges :)

    Definitely not for beginners. But if you're well versed in the Pilates vocabulary, this is a great, challenging session.

    I wonder, it is more efficient for improvement if I keep straight legs but I can't make as large enough leg circles, or if i bend at the knees but make larger circles. Same for the tree crunches. I'm just not there in flexibility, but I want to improve and wonder what the better road there is.
