Direct mail WORKS wonders!! It was great hearing you speak at RoofCON. Thanks for all you do for everyone in our industry, it has been a game changer for our company. We don’t even have to door knock anymore & have gotten lots of great customer feedback from the direct mailers. The sales guys are loving it too & spend more time closing rather than chasing down leads. 🤑

Hey Savannah! I'm so pumped to hear all of this!!! Made my morning :) And I'm really glad you enjoyed the presentations at RoofCon. What an incredible event. Direct mail is an incredibly POWERFUL way to sell because it's personal. People love personal. Most importantly, I'm excited to see your team loving it! Be well and have an awesome week!

What do you say on one of these letters?

I go out and find the homes I mail too and there are plenty of apps that give you the names of the homeowners. Problem arises with what you write down. Adam's way is perfect.

"Landglide" app is what I use for names. Also let's me know if it's a rental property. It's nor free but worth it

Do you ever hear of people getting upset that you know their name? Just started using the letters and just used “Homeowner”because of that

Adam, sending out these letters in my mind seems like it can get expensive. How much are you spending per month?

I have multiple clients who have built out direct mail teams to manage this all in-house. Expensive is only expensive if you don't get results. But when you are getting a return and have a predictable cost per acquisition - it's just a cash machine.

Are there any legality issues with sending these letters out?

None that I’m aware of (I’m not a lawyer). It’s all public information :)

The more I follow the marketing battle pack the more everything makes sense! I’m on week 4 in a neighborhood I cracked open and every week my results and activity increases due to familiarity!

YEAAAAAAAA buddy! So pumped to hear that, Cody! Keep rockin' it man. I love how Marshall said it on the Channel - "breath familiarity." Hope you crush it and make customers happy!
