Piano Songs Don't Get Any Easier or More Beautiful Than Moonlight Sonata That's why I made "The 2nd-Best Moonlight Sonata Tutorial EVER". Check it out here: bit.ly/3zFb2Sq
The way that I learned piano is that the actual song is not always the hardest part of playing, it’s your attitude and ability to have great dynamics when playing that really counts. Edit: I've never made a comment that got this many likes. I never thought that this comment section would get so heated and if I upset anyone, I just meant to share my opinion.
@@MichaelKormanthat doesn't mean that the other videos are correct. I don't really see people naming long films 'videos' they just say films ? And if one was to one name video we would say that they are wrong. So what is different here?

@aransubeamanian2793 Bro he’s just trying to help people. Sounds more like your trying to show off more than correct him. How could someone be so cold hearted to make this comment?
Here’s a good song for beginners! Repeat A and F alphabetically and consistently in quarter notes in the first 4 measures (not played together at once), that will be your bass. On the treble side, play whole note F, then eighth note group E to D then a 4 beat rest. Then half note D, and after that, play eighth note group C to D, and after that, quarter rest, and then play whole note E. Repeat the treble for the second line, but change your bass (with the same rhythm) to B and G.
Whoever you are thank you for posting this. As a beginner with less than a month of experience this is slowly getting me used to playing with both my hands "independently" I believe is the term. I even threw in a C key during the rotation from black keys to white keys in the left. Keep up the good work.
I’m having trouble multitasking with both of my hands, I just started two days ago, is that normal? Will I improve at using both hands the more I practice?
If you still struggle with multitasking, a few things that help me is starting with right hand, and only do one finger with your left hand. Playing octaves are difficult for beginners, especially if your not used to playing with them.
This song got me into music. I heard it in a game called earthworm jim when i was about 6. I remember calling my mother and asking her to please tell me the name of the song.
That's awesome. Pretty sure I remember playing that at a friend's house when I was a kid. One thing I love about teaching piano is that everyone I work with has their own experiences of music that have nothing to do with me
Indeed, you can play it however you want but you cant call it Beethoven anymore, maybe Beethoven with a twist. In the title you claim that this is moonlight sonata, when in reality your twisted version. If someone have not heard Moonlight Sonata they would most likely think that this is the original version which it is not. Anyways its always cool to experiment with different pieces and i respect that, please don’t take this to heart, i really appreciate that you are making content and hope you will get far on your journey!
The left hand was spot on, the right hand started exactly as is but didn't fluctuate and move around like the original. I think thats what the criticism everyones having is. As you showed, its (on the right hand) G#(black key), C# (black key), E (white key). While playing everything the left hand did, with the right hand, go as follows: G#, C#, E (x8) A, C#, E (x2) A, D, F# (x2) G#, C, F# G#, C#, E G#, C# , D# F#, C, D# E, G#, C#(basically ends the "riff", or starting over at this point.) If you do exactly what he did on his left hand, plus everything i just said witht the right, you will play the intro of this song exactly as written. He just simplified the right hand is all.
